Undergraduate accommodation
Undergraduate accommodation is split out across four areas, each of which is easily reached from the University:
- Romano Court (previously known as Liberty Court) in the historic Smithfields area;
- Cross Court House(previously known as Liberty Hall) in lively Islington;
- Arbour House (previously known as Liberty House), a two minutes’ walk from the main Campus;
- The Gardens Halls near the British Library
- East Central House in Lever Street 5 minutes’ walk from the University.

Postgraduate accommodation:
City, University of London offers a variety of accommodation options and support services for postgraduate students.
City's postgraduate residences are split across four halls, each of which is easily reached from the University:
- Alliance House in vibrant Newington Green
- Willen House in a fantastic location close to trendy Shoreditch
- iQ City just 7 minutes walk from the University.

International Students:
We offer an accommodation guarantee to first-year undergraduate students providing they have met our criteria. If you are coming to City as an International Student for the full academic year you are eligible to apply for accommodation in City's nominated halls. If you are going to be studying an undergraduate course you will be bound by the conditions of City's accommodation

City, University of London is located at the heart of our capital city, providing you with many options for places to live through the private sector. Find out more about how we can help you to find private accommodation.
The City Accommodation team has joined the University of London Housing Services (ULHS) so that they can give you comprehensive advice, on-line housing guides, access to the ULHS Housing Database and Housing Advisors for legal advice. City students will also be able to attend the annual ULHS Housing Fair which takes place in the first week in May.

This is a service offered by University of London Student Homes and City, University of London where 14 rooms in 4 dedicated City properties are available exclusively for City students.

Private Housing Advice
City have enlisted the services of the University of London Housing Services (ULHS) who run a private housing service for many students in London. Both current students and those with an offer to study can access these services.
The ULHS can offer advice to students on how to find accommodation, which areas to consider, what the options are, pricing and more. They produce a London Student Housing Guide which a vast amount of information on how to search and secure accommodation in London which is also accessible online.
