University-managed Accommodation

• International Study Centre students can live in modern accommodation that is located in the heart of Lincoln, just a short walk away from the campus.

University-managed Accommodation Benefits:

• Studio facilities include high-speed internet
• On-site facilities include a launderette and welcoming communal areas where you can relax, watch TV and catch up with your friends.

Based in the heart of Lincoln’s city centre, most student accommodation at the University is either on our Brayford Pool Campus or just a short distance away. Students are able to choose from a range of accommodation options. All University accommodation is supported by our Residential Warden team.

On-campus University Accommodation
The Student Village comprises the University’s on-campus accommodation and is made up of two purpose-built waterfront complexes: Lincoln Courts and the University’s latest on-campus residential development, Cygnet Wharf. Both developments place students close to the University’s academic buildings, Student Services, and Students’ Union, while the city’s high street is only half a mile away.

Off-campus University Accommodation
In addition to our on-campus accommodation, the University manages a range of halls of residence for new and continuing students who choose to live off-campus. They are all within a short walk of the Campus and, as they are owned by the University, students receive the same type of support that they would benefit from in on-campus accommodation.

Third Party Provider Halls of Residences
The University has long-established links with a number of third party accommodation providers who offer halls of residences and private rentals to suit a range of budgets. These properties include en-suite rooms, studio apartments, and shared facilities, all within walking distance of the campus and the city centre. The University works closely with these providers to ensure that the high standards we expect are met in their residences.
