But there are some courses where students are expected to come at 8 am because the class begins with the discussion of the previous day's lecture. Even though there is no strict rule about timings, you should be careful about them since, if you are late for the class, you will be having an awkward situation in front of your teacher.

Yes, since Vancouver is a coastal city there are a lot of places for boating. You can visit False Creek, Granville Island and English Bay

There are many cafes near Science World, my favourite is JJ Bean Coffee Roasters. It's a bit expensive but you won’t regret it after tasting their coffee and food.
