The student should be a citizen of India.
Applicant must have attained the age of 18
 Must possess a good academic background.
Have secured admission to a recognized foreign university.
Must be pursuing a graduate, postgraduate, or post-graduate diploma.
Full-time students must have a co-applicant, who may be either a parent, a guardian, a spouse.
The co-applicant needs a steady source of income.
