Captain WJ Guy, an aviation pioneer, and Simon F. Flegg, a European educator and industrialist, formed Aviron Quebec College Technique in 1937, combining their abilities and expertise to build a vocational training school. With the opening of the second school in Quebec in 1961, Aviron's success spread even further. Despite its success, the school was sold in 1991 in order to concentrate the outstanding resources available to Aviron Quebec College Technique in Quebec.
Aviron Quebec has assisted thousands of students in achieving their goals in the trades by providing high-demand programs in plumbing and heating, electricity, carpentry-joinery, welding, assembly, mechanics, and IT support.
