On the Great Plains College campus, there are no student residences. Students will be responsible for making their own accommodation arrangements. Students may find rooms for rent, studio apartments, flats, and other forms of off-campus accommodation near the college. The Homestay option matches the student with a family who will assist them in adjusting to the new city by providing guidance and directions.

Great Plains College, formerly Cypress Hills Regional College, is a post-secondary regional college located in the western section of Saskatchewan's province. It was founded in 1973 as Cypress Hills Regional College. Great Plains College was formed in 2008 when Cypress Hills College and Prairie West College merged. Swift Current, Kindersley, and Warman are all Great Plains College campuses, with academic concentrations in Biggar, Maple Creek, and Rosetown.
