The Bharat Group of Institutions' students' hostel is a beautifully constructed facility that houses over 200 people. In addition to single, double, and triple-bedded rooms, residents may select and pay for the services they desire. There are secured, segregated residential areas for both boys and girls.

Girls and boys have separate mess and canteen services at the institute's hostel. Desert coolers, geysers, water coolers with aqua guards, color televisions, indoor and outdoor games, gyms, telephones, internet access, and medical care are all available.
