Desh Bhagat University

The Desh Bhagat University, Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab, was established under the Desh Bhagat University Act. To express gratitude to Sr. Lal Singh Ji, who struggled for Indian independence and was recognized for his social work and contributions to the liberation struggle in 1972, the government named him 'Desh Bhagat.' DBU was established with the aim of delivering high-quality higher education in accordance with Sr. Lal Singh's ideals.

The institution's location is Mandigobindgarh, Punjab - India. The institution's mission is to provide students with unique and distinctive academic, professional, and personal development services.

The university teaches a variety of subjects, including Agriculture Sciences, Airlines, Animation, Applied Sciences, Art and Craft, Ayurveda, Fashion Technology, Commerce, Computer Sciences, Education, Engineering, Airlines and Hospitality Management, Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Languages, Law, Management, Nursing, Dentistry, and Social Sciences. Every warden and faculty-in-charge supervises a hostel to ensure that students get the best possible amenities.
