Both FCHS campuses are equipped with advanced gymnasiums and workout facilities. The premises of FCHS also offer a playground with various sporting amenities such as basketball, tennis, and volleyball nets along with a large screen. Moreover, FCHS provides a designated building for the student union, which has a coffee shop, billiards tables, table tennis facilities, and a mosque.

FCHS boasts of four computer labs exclusively used by students to attend their classes. Furthermore, the library has 25 computers equipped with internet connectivity and specifically reserved for students. 

FCHS aims to cater to the diverse requirements of its students by providing an assortment of menus and venue choices customized to suit their specific lifestyles, schedules, budgets, and dietary preferences. 

Fatima College of Health Sciences (FCHS) offers separate accommodations for male and female students in the form of hostels. The hostels are staffed with wardens, support staff, and security personnel available 24/7. Hostel accommodation availability depends on availability, with priority given to candidates from outside Lahore. The hostel committee, led by a senior faculty member, includes wardens from each hostel and the Department of Student Affairs as a permanent committee member.

Established in 2006, the Fatima College of Health Sciences (FCHS) was created to address the growing need for highly skilled healthcare professionals in the United Arab Emirates. Initially offering a Bachelor of Science in Nursing program, FCHS has since expanded its offerings to include over 10 degree programs at both the Bachelor and Diploma levels in Health Sciences. The nursing program operates in collaboration with Griffith University in Australia, ensuring high-quality education for students.

In response to a growing need for allied healthcare professionals in the UAE, FCHS launched four additional Bachelor's degree programs in 2011: Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Radiography and Medical Imaging, and Emergency Health (Paramedics). FCHS has since expanded its program offerings to include Psychology in 2019 and Midwifery in 2022, further diversifying its healthcare education options.

FCHS is headquartered in Mafraq on the Abu Dhabi campus but also has Al Ain, Al Dhafra, and Ajman campuses. The college aims to create an environment that supports students and allows them to reach their full potential. They offer innovative programs and work with top academics and healthcare professionals to enhance the learning experience. Along with Bachelor's degrees, FCHS also provides specialized diploma programs for students to complete.
