At SUC, students have access to a comprehensive library that is equipped with a diverse range of databases, including ProQuest, E-book Central, EBSCO and IGI Global, IEEE Computer Science Digital Library, SCOPUS, and Online Learning Resources such as IGI and Springer Nature. This serves as an additional resource for learning opportunities. Furthermore, SUC encourages students to participate in various co-curricular and extra-curricular activities that allow them to apply their skills, knowledge, and competencies.

The SUC provides self-sufficient hostel rooms on a twin-sharing basis equipped with study tables, chairs, single beds, cupboards, table lamps, curtains, and other essential equipment. The Skyline has designated staff members to oversee the students, and the apartments are fully furnished with self-cooking facilities. The Management is responsible for maintenance and housekeeping. Students on Skyline visa whose parents are not in the UAE are required to stay in the SUC-provided accommodation. 

The facilities provided include internet access, recreational facilities, weekend transportation, a kitchen, and a laundry. Services offered include internet access and grocery items. Additionally, there is an option for chef services and medical support in emergencies for students.

Students enrolled in university programs must pay fees for the entire duration of their studies. However, financial difficulties may sometimes hinder students from pursuing their academic aspirations. In 1990, Skyline University College (SUC) was founded in Sharjah with the support of H.H. Sheikh Dr. Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qassimi, a member of the UAE Supreme Council and the Ruler of Sharjah.. 

Skyline University College seeks AACSB and ABET accreditation to bring its programs up to international standards, allowing students to transfer between local and international universities. SUC has been rated 4 stars by QS with a 5-star rating in Academic Development, Teaching, Employability and Facilities. The UAE's Ministry of Education (MOE) has given full accreditation to both the undergraduate and graduate degrees in Business Administration offered by the School of Business, as well as the undergraduate degrees in Information Technology and Computer Science offered by the School of Computing at SUC.

SUC's campus covers an area of 40 acres in the University City of Sharjah, with facilities that cater to the diverse needs of its student population.
