Zayed II Military College, also known as Zayed the Second Military College, is a military college in the United Arab Emirates. It serves as the main academy and training institution for officers in the UAE Army and is located in Al Ain. The college was established on February 1, 1972, by Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the first president of the United Arab Emirates.

Since its establishment in 1972, ZIIMC has taken significant steps to improve its operations. Regulations, guidelines, and instructions have been put in place to govern the teaching, learning, and training of military sciences and specialized management in various tracks. ZIIMC has sought initial accreditation for a program that links military sciences and engineering.  The courses include a Bachelor's program in military sciences and specialized management in four specializations: financial management, management information systems, human resource management, and supply and logistics management as well as engineering programs. 

The institution is committed to achieving excellence in training and academic performance at the higher diploma and bachelor's levels through partnerships and agreements with ADU and UAEU. Although most of ZIIMC's programs are taught in Arabic, the Management Information Systems program is offered in English due to the relative modernity of the major and its reliance on software, which is mostly written in English.

Zayed II military college colleges offer full four-year scholarships and financial aid packages for eligible students. Graduates from these institutions become commissioned officers and must serve at least five years.
