Some standard requirements exist for students to apply to Florida International University - Biscayne Bay Campus. The standard eligibility criteria are:
- Students must be 18 years or above at the beginning of the course.
- Students from non-English speaking countries must have taken a language test like PTE, IELTS, TOEFL or other equivalent exams to prove their proficiency in English.
- Students need to provide original transcripts from all academic institutions attended. If the transcripts are not originally in English, students must submit translated copies with each original document.
