The Bachelor of Business prepares students for a variety of possible career paths by offering a broad range of advanced study options. These options include Entrepreneurship and Innovation, International Business, Management, Marketing, Marketing Communication and Tourism Management. All students complete a major from one of these options, but may also choose to add a second major, a minor, or create a tailored set of subjects from across the university to complete their degree. Students are encouraged to complete an internship, study abroad opportunities or a study tour to further augment this highly experiential program.

Our flexible Bachelor of Communication provides you with the opportunity to explore many options in personalising your learning. As part of the program, you will select one or two majors or minors in a specific area of interest. The Bachelor of Creative Arts is an innovative program that tailors its offerings to students’ unique ambitions and interests. The personalised nature of the program empowers students to identify their own ambitions, then equips them with the skills, theory and practice to navigate existing pathways—or design their own. Creative Arts students undertake three majors. All students begin with creative writing subjects to develop a range of foundation skills in creative thinking and narrative. Students also select a specialist creative major (Advertising; Communication & Society; Corporate Storytelling; Digital Media; Film & Television; Journalism; Media Studies; Public Relations or Social Media). Within their creative specialisation, students learn through a hands-on, project-based approach to learning, where they are encouraged to develop industry relationships, undertake creative internships and practice and publish within their chosen creative niches. Finally, the flexible program enables students to ground their creative endeavours within a third major. A creative entrepreneur may pursue a business major, an aspiring thriller writer might study criminology or a documentary filmmaker might study international relations to better understand working in a non–profit organisation. The Bachelor of Property provides a foundation for careers in the property development and management industry and the opportunity to specialize in Property Valuation.  The degree provides a comprehensive range of subjects including construction practices, feasibility studies, finance, investment and valuation, property markets, corporate real estate, land economy, sustainable development, and urban development.

This cutting edge program has been designed in strong collaboration with industry to assist construction and other built environment professionals to upskill in order to comply with the stringent practice requirements being demanded by government and knowledgeable private sector clients regarding the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM), Lean Construction Practice (Lean) and Integrated Project delivery (IPD) in optimised construction project delivery.

The Master of Building Information Modelling and Integrated Project Delivery program prepares students for advanced involvement as relevant BIM/Lean/IPD Managers in their work environment, for the benefit of projects and their stakeholders.

The program is delivered in intensive mode and has the objective of preparing industry professionals to serve as BIM/Lean/IPD managers. While the course does cover various BIM-related technologies, it does not prepare students to be specialist technicians in the niche areas of the technologies covered by the curriculum. The program includes a capstone subject (40 credit points) in which students work on a realistic BIM/Lean/IPD project that requires application, analysis and synthesis of complex ‘project’ data. Limited placement opportunites may be available based on required performance criteria.

The Master of Sport Management / Master of Project Management has been designed to equip students with the expertise in the planning, implementation and management of sporting projects and programs. The combination degree explores the professional challenges and opportunities for managers in the complex international sporting landscape from a grassroots level to elite professional sports organisations and events. The addition of project management skills enables graduates to access more strategic positions in their organisations and to be responsible for overseeing new initiatives involving the management of scope, time, cost and risk.
