Accredited by the Actuaries Institute, the Master of Actuarial Practice is an innovative and immersive program that combines advanced mathematics, statistics, data analytics, actuarial risk theory, finance, economics and accounting with large-scale, real-life commercial data analysis to develop techniques for the management of risk and business decision making. An integral part of this degree is the development of research skills and actuarial judgement through the Actuarial Control Cycle subjects and the Actuarial Research Thesis subject. The Master of Actuarial Practice will deliver smaller classes for personalised attention and unparalleled access to Bond University's Bond Fin Tech Hub and Bloomberg data-sourcing terminals. The program will develop skills in the challenge of handling ‘big data’  to create practical solutions for real-world problems.  The successful completion of the program at an appropriate level of performance will lead to Part I  and Part II qualification with the Actuaries Institute.

A Bachelor of Sport Management combines the core business fundamentals of management, marketing, negotiation, and human resources, with sports-specific skills in event management, sponsorship, public relations, governance, and sport law.

Studying Sport Management at Bond Business School is a dynamic, hands-on experience, working in small, personalised classes with teachers who know the business of sport from the inside. The Bachelor of Design in Architecture provides the foundation for a career in broad fields of design and creative practice, with a specialisation in the discipline of architecture. The Bachelor of Design in Architecture provides a broad design education in a creative studio-based environment focusing heavily upon learning to design through hands-on making and the use of state-of-the-art digital tools. Learning in a design studio comprises the majority of coursework and is project-based. This features projects focused upon real-world scenarios, collaborating with students and external guests from interdisciplinary fields of expertise to develop solutions for a range of stakeholders and end-users. In addition to practical skills and disciplinary knowledge learned through studio and seminar-based studies in design, communications, technology, history, theory, and professional studies, students acquire ‘soft skills’ in collaboration, teamwork, time management, interpersonal communication, self-critique, and overall, spatial intelligence which is unique to an architectural education. Through the program offerings at the Abedian School of Architecture, issues of pressing international and national concern form the core content of the studio curriculum. Among the most prominent of these are the challenges posed by our contemporary condition globally, one characterised by rapid urbanisation, environmental change, technological emergence, and increasing socioeconomic inequity. The Bachelor of Design in Architecture aims to prepare students for globally-relevant employment by immersion into a program that provides broad yet focused experiences in synthesising diverse information in the resolution of complex creative-design challenges.     Established as a highly-flexible and student-focused degree program, students will study for 2 years full time but may also choose to study part-time. Studies include content from the disciplines of architecture, digital media, construction, urban planning, film, and university electives. Key highlights of the program include an annual all-school “charrette”, several off-campus study tours (including international study opportunities), a monthly international guest-lecture series, study with distinguished guest faculty and Architects-In-Residence, a bi-annual student exhibition and publication, and an internationally and nationally recognised academic staff of scholars and practitioner-teachers. Students will undertake a brief period of work-integrated learning to provide relevant industry experience prior to graduation. Students undertake the Bachelor of Design in Architecture in a unique setting: the national and international award-winning Abedian School of Architecture. This facility and its associated Fabrication and Robotics Lab are dedicated for student use, creating an environment to support creative activity that is accessible 24/7 throughout the year. Students enjoy their own studio-based desk in the School provided for the duration of their studies, which becomes the point of personalised contact with program staff for an individualised, highly supported education. The limited student cohort size of the School is maintained to ensure all students have unique access to workshop facilities and program staff that is unparalleled almost anywhere globally. The Bachelor of Design in Architecture is a standard degree pathway leading toward a Master of Architecture, which is the terminal award allowing graduates to gain registration as an Architect in Australia and other jurisdictions that recognise the award. Graduates of the Bachelor of Design in Architecture program may progress to the Master of Architecture upon application and review of undergraduate performance. However, entry to the Master of Architecture is not automatic

The Bond University Bachelor of Health Sciences is a 2-year accelerated degree designed for students who wish to explore a variety of disciplines in the health sciences, as well as provide a pathway to postgraduate specialised study. During this program, you will gain an understanding of basic and applied sciences including the anatomical, molecular, physiological, and psychological processes of human health and function. The program provides a degree of flexibility, enabling you to select a variety of subjects to explore that best suit your career and study goals. The program focuses on real-world learning, where you will gain exceptional, high-quality practical experience in our health science and human movement laboratories. You will be able to develop and master technical-scientific and research skills using some of the latest research equipment, which can be applied across a broad range of industries. Each laboratory has a maximum capacity – ensuring small group learning and personalized attention. The Bachelor of Health Sciences provides a variety of career opportunities, as well as an accelerated undergraduate pathway to specialized postgraduate study in a number of allied health professions including occupational therapy, nutrition, and dietetics, as well as broader public health programs, healthcare innovations, and the education sector. Students may also choose to complete the optional major in Healthcare Informatics to expand their learning into areas of data analytics and business processes relevant to health systems. In addition, students completing a Bachelor of Health Sciences are ideally positioned to undertake research-based honors studies, leading to a higher degree research program such as a Masters or Ph.D.

The classes combine theoretical knowledge in Finance with practical insights delivered through case studies and guest lectures. The small class sizes in the Master of Finance course allow for personalised attention and unparalleled access to Bloomberg terminals at our Bond FinTech Hub. The program equips students to think critically, communicate professionally, work collaboratively, make ethical and responsible business decisions, and work effectively in a global business context characterised by change and uncertainty.

The Bachelor of Business Data Analytics (3 Year Program) program is focused on using data analytics techniques to improve business decision making.  It is a quantitative program, combining elements of statistics, computing, big data and machine learning. The Bachelor of Business Data Analytics (3 Year Program) is taught via smaller classes for personalised attention and unparalleled access to facilities like the Bond University Business School’s Big Data Centre. The program develops students’ skills in the development and understanding of analytics and analytic techniques and focuses on how these techniques can be used to solve real-world business problems and better inform evidence-based decision making. Employment opportunities include working in business as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or statistics consultant.

The program provides students with a solid foundation in a variety of business practices, plus the ability to gain a specialisation.  The professional program follows the same structure as the Master of Business program with an additional 20-week Professional component. The program focuses on developing self-analysis and reflective learning skills and applying theoretical solutions for practical workplace problems. The Bachelor of Laws prepares students for a career as a legal professional, both within Australia and overseas. It provides students with a thorough grounding in essential areas of substantive law and access to a wide choice of law elective subjects, including the option of completing a specialisation. Integrated skills and professionalism program is embedded in the degree and focuses on core legal skills essential to the practice of law. The Master of Construction Practice covers a comprehensive range of subjects in the field of construction practice, focusing on the management and delivery of complex construction projects. The curriculum addresses a range of topics including building structures and soil mechanics, construction technology, construction techniques, plant and equipment, contract administration, building measurement, finance and cost planning, project management, refurbishment and retrofitting and risks. The program is accredited by the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). The program also meets the educational requirements of the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) for attainment of an Open Builders License.
