The Master of Sport Management / Master of Project Management has been designed to equip students with the expertise in the planning, implementation and management of sporting projects and programs. The combination degree explores the professional challenges and opportunities for managers in the complex international sporting landscape from a grassroots level to elite professional sports organisations and events. The addition of project management skills enables graduates to access more strategic positions in their organisations and to be responsible for overseeing new initiatives involving the management of scope, time, cost and risk. The Master of Professional Psychology will provide selected Psychology graduates with a fifth year of professional training in Psychology. The degree will incorporate both coursework and supervised training and practice with the aim to provide students with a thorough grounding in professional practice to meet the accreditation standards set by APAC. 

On completion of this program, students will be able to seek registration as a general Psychologist following a further sixth year of approved supervised practice.

The combined Masters degree in Valuation and Property Development and Project Management enables students interested in being a development manager to gain specialised knowledge related to property investment and development. Development managers require project management skills to ensure that complex new initiatives are implemented as intended. It is also an international endeavour, where property development and urban renewal is relentless. Therefore, a combined understanding of the property investment process together with the generic principles of successful management of scope, time, cost, risk, human resources, quality, procurement, stakeholders and environmental impact, and their balanced integration is most valuable. Development managers must know how to assess risks, and take them where appropriate, and may be involved in commercial, residential, industrial and civil developments, often involving large-scale projects. Students graduate with a Master of Valuation and Property Development and a Master of Project Management upon completion. Graduates of this degree are internationally recognised by the Project Management Institute

The Master of Construction Practice covers a comprehensive range of subjects in the field of construction practice, focusing on the management and delivery of complex construction projects. The curriculum addresses a range of topics including building structures and soil mechanics, construction technology, construction techniques, plant and equipment, contract administration, building measurement, finance and cost planning, project management, refurbishment and retrofitting and risks. The program is accredited by the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). The program also meets the educational requirements of the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) for attainment of an Open Builders License.

This combined degree allows students to complete their program in a shorter duration than completing back-to-back single degrees. Students complete a major which specifically prepares them for a professional career in Accounting, Actuarial Science, Big Data, Economics or Finance fields.
