The Master of Valuation and Property Development provides a wide range of skills that can be applied to global property markets. This program is designed to equip graduates with strong knowledge and advanced technical skills applicable to a variety of career paths such as investment, finance, asset management and research. The curriculum addresses a range of topics including finance and taxation, corporate portfolio management, risk identification and management, feasibility analysis, law, property valuation and market analysis. This degree provides the opportunity to specialise in Property Valuation, City Planning or Project Management.

The Master Finance (Professional) is a quantitatively rigorous program that integrates innovative subjects that highlight Bond’s excellence in experiential and case-based teaching. The professional program follows the same structure as the Master of Finance program with an additional 20-week Professional component. The classes combine theoretical knowledge in Finance with practical insights delivered through case studies and guest lectures. The Master of Finance (Professional) program’s small class sizes allow for personalized attention and unparalleled access to Bloomberg terminals and our two trading rooms. The combined Masters degree in Valuation and Property Development and Project Management enables students interested in being a development manager to gain specialised knowledge related to property investment and development. Development managers require project management skills to ensure that complex new initiatives are implemented as intended. It is also an international endeavour, where property development and urban renewal is relentless. Therefore, a combined understanding of the property investment process together with the generic principles of successful management of scope, time, cost, risk, human resources, quality, procurement, stakeholders and environmental impact, and their balanced integration is most valuable. Development managers must know how to assess risks, and take them where appropriate, and may be involved in commercial, residential, industrial and civil developments, often involving large-scale projects. Students graduate with a Master of Valuation and Property Development and a Master of Project Management upon completion. The Bachelor of Psychological Science provides students with a scientific understanding of normal psychological processes such as memory, learning, motivation, psychobiology, personality, emotion, developmental psychology and social relationships, as well as training in abnormal psychology. The Bachelor of International Hotel and Tourism Management at Bond will prepare you for professional and managerial roles in the tourism industry, including hotels, resorts, airlines, restaurants, theme parks, cruise lines, destination marketing, and management organizations and events. Bond has strong relationships with Marriott, Accor, Hilton, InterContinental, Sheraton, Wyndham, and many other international tourism organizations to ensure that you have the opportunity to see real industry projects and undertake internships throughout your studies.

Designed for students who wish to study via a two-semester model, this three-year program means you will study during the January and May semesters of each year only and will complete the degree over three years rather than the usual two.

The Bachelor of International Hotel and Tourism Management (3 Year Program) will prepare you for professional and managerial roles in the global tourism and hotel industries. You will develop the knowledge and skills required by managers in modern hospitality and tourism businesses with special emphasis on; hotel, tourism and event operations, sustainable tourism, tourism industry analysis, revenue management, and human resource management. Emphasis is placed on practical and experiential learning through field trips, work experience, internships, and real-life case studies. Students will undertake an Industry Experience Placement or an Employment activity as part of the Beyond Bond program.

Data Analytics has become one of the highest growth areas of academic and commercial practice. With applications in nearly all aspects of quantitative endeavors and information management, a skillset in analytics, statistical and machine learning is highly valued and sought after. The Master of Business Data Analytics is delivered via smaller classes providing personalized support and unparalleled access to Bond University's Bond FinTech Hub and Bloomberg data-sourcing terminals. The focus within this program is on strategically sound recommendations and data-driven business decisions.

The Master of Project Management (Professional) program provides a comprehensive business-ready foundation that will equip students from any background with the knowledge required to develop a career and expertise in project management. The Master of Project Management (Professional) features four distinct study themes including strategy, sustainability, managing complex problems and teams, and virtual teams, and global working. The curriculum addresses a range of topics including conflict resolution, effective integrated planning, management, market performance, portfolio management, public and private sector investment and risk identification. External speakers from leading investment banks, credit agencies, and portfolio fund managers contribute to case studies and workshops.

The Professional Portfolio subject within the program is strongly experientially oriented and encourages students to develop their professional skills in a real-world environment. The subject ensures that students combine self-analysis and reflective learning skills with business and professional methodologies, so as to expand analytic and strategic thinking capabilities. It provides practical experience for students to develop their skills in a profession relevant to their Master's specialization. All students are required to complete a 2,000-word scoping document, and undertake either a work placement in Australia for 210 hours (which includes an employer's report and a reflective journal) or an alternative on-campus project (PM-BOT) or research-related fieldwork (which includes evidence collection, critical reflection and implications for the industry), plus a final professional portfolio collection of documents highlighting their practical and theoretical experiences in their profession of choice. Additional Professional Portfolio options may be available to eligible students, these options require Faculty approval prior to commencement.

The Master of Accounting (MAcc) program is a specialist program for people interested in pursuing a professional accounting qualification. This course incorporates the traditional Master of Accounting program and is designed to provide an opportunity for students with undergraduate training in other fields to gain a professional accounting qualification. The course covers introductory as well as advanced units in financial and management accounting, economics, finance, tax and business law, security appraisal and valuation and auditing. The MAcc offers a firm academic grounding in the accounting discipline and offers a hands-on appreciation of the accounting industry. The program is a powerful amalgam of foundational accounting skills, decision-making, leadership and financial literacy. The course is designed to help develop a student's ability to advise businesses on financial issues. The classes combine theoretical knowledge in accounting with practical insights delivered through case studies, guest lectures and work integrated learning.
