The Bachelor of Jurisprudence offers students the opportunity to develop their legal knowledge and combine this with studies of interest from the Faculty of Society and Design. It is not a program for admission purposes.

We deliver a rigorous curriculum that focuses on the academic development of students. In addition, you will have the opportunity to learn practical skills such as oral communication, negotiation, and problem-solving in simulated professional environments and state-of-the-art facilities, like our moot courts, skills, and negotiation rooms. We keep class numbers small to ensure we can give you the personalized approach to teaching for which Bond is renowned.

The Bachelor of Jurisprudence program provides an opportunity to combine legal subjects of particular interest with study in related disciplines such as international relations, criminology, languages, or communication. The degree structure permits various combinations of law and non-law subjects (including the option of completing a humanities major), which enables you to design a program to meet your particular career interests.

The Bachelor of Digital Transformation prepares graduates for professional and trans-disciplinary roles in the modern ever-changing work environment with the inclusion of an immersive industry-based learning program. Students will also explore global sustainable development goals through the completion of a collaborative and creative design solutions option.

The pace of digital transformation is accelerating. Significant new capabilities are creating demand for specialists in big data, business intelligence, robotics, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and blockchains. More than half of these roles are non-technical. They require digital fluency and literacy professionals who are experienced in managing diverse teams, leading innovative projects, and applying design thinking principles to create new and exciting business and community solutions. The Bachelor of Digital Transformation engages students in rigorous, transdisciplinary studies which increase personal and organizational digital maturity across more than 50 digital capabilities. The program’s five intersecting components provide graduates with a robust view of digital transformation, a flexible skillset, and a unique area of specialization.

The Bachelor of Psychological Science provides students with a scientific understanding of normal psychological processes such as memory, learning, motivation, psychobiology, personality, emotion, developmental psychology, and social relationships, as well as training in abnormal psychology. A basic understanding of these topics is acquired across the two introductory subjects before a greater depth of coverage is undertaken within the advanced second and third-level subjects. Students also participate in laboratory work and are introduced to the Australian Psychological Society Code of Ethics. To underpin the scientific nature of the discipline, students receive training in a range of data analytic techniques and research methods used by psychologists. The program is designed to equip graduates with the basic scientific grounding and theoretical understanding required for advanced-level studies.

The Bachelor of Business prepares students for a variety of possible career paths by offering a broad range of advanced study options. These options include Entrepreneurship and Innovation, International Business, Management, Marketing, Marketing Communication and Tourism Management. All students complete a major from one of these options, but may also choose to add a second major, a minor, or create a tailored set of subjects from across the university to complete their degree. Students are encouraged to complete an internship, study abroad opportunities or a study tour to further augment this highly experiential program.

The program provides students with a solid foundation in a variety of business practices, plus the ability to gain a specialisation.  The professional program follows the same structure as the Master of Business program with an additional 20-week Professional component. The program focuses on developing self-analysis and reflective learning skills and applying theoretical solutions for practical workplace problems. The program also provides global networking opportunities. The program equips students to think critically, communicate professionally, work collaboratively, make ethical and responsible business decisions, and work effectively in a global business context characterised by change and uncertainty. The classes combine theoretical knowledge in Business with practical insights delivered through case studies, guest lectures and work-integrated learning. Team building is encouraged through group projects and communication skills are enhanced through class presentations.

The Master of Sport Management / Master of Project Management has been designed to equip students with the expertise in the planning, implementation and management of sporting projects and programs. The combination degree explores the professional challenges and opportunities for managers in the complex international sporting landscape from a grassroots level to elite professional sports organisations and events. The addition of project management skills enables graduates to access more strategic positions in their organisations and to be responsible for overseeing new initiatives involving the management of scope, time, cost and risk. The program is designed to enhance the career opportunities of established professionals, as well as assist individuals aspiring to develop a career in this unique sector.

The Bachelor of Journalism is driven by a digital-first ethos and grounded in core journalistic traditions and values of truth, fairness and accuracy. This approach empowers students to harness and exploit established and emerging technologies to create career opportunities and new pathways. Students learn to conceptualise and create original and compelling content across platforms and are encouraged to use digital storytelling to engage with social issues and advocate for change. Throughout their degree, students build a substantial portfolio of practical work aligned with industry standards, in the process defining themselves as specialised professionals via a choice of real-world majors and minors. Students have access to world-class facilities and opportunities to report for local, national and international media outlets. We offer journalism and digital media internships in Australia and abroad, including New York, Washington, Beijing and London. 

The Bachelor of Laws prepares students for a career as a legal professional, both within Australia and overseas. It provides students with a thorough grounding in essential areas of substantive law and access to a wide choice of law elective subjects, including the option of completing a specialisation. An integrated skills and professionalism program is embedded in the degree and focuses on core legal skills essential to the practice of law. Bachelor of Arts offers a great range of Majors which can equip you with an in-depth knowledge of and an insight into the Arts and Humanities fields including philosophy, human thought and activity, European and Asian languages and cultures, the making of the Australian continent and its people, the story of Indigenous societies and the survival of colonialism. The Bachelor of Design in Architecture provides the foundation for a career in broad fields of design and creative practice, with a specialisation in the discipline of architecture. The Bachelor of Design in Architecture provides a broad design education in a creative studio-based environment focusing heavily upon learning to design through hands-on making and the use of state-of-the-art digital tools. Learning in a design studio comprises the majority of coursework and is project-based. This features projects focused upon real-world scenarios, collaborating with students and external guests from interdisciplinary fields of expertise to develop solutions for a range of stakeholders and end-users. In addition to practical skills and disciplinary knowledge learned through studio and seminar-based studies in design, communications, technology, history, theory, and professional studies, students acquire ‘soft skills’ in collaboration, teamwork, time management, interpersonal communication, self-critique, and overall, spatial intelligence which is unique to an architectural education. Through the program offerings at the Abedian School of Architecture, issues of pressing international and national concern form the core content of the studio curriculum. Among the most prominent of these are the challenges posed by our contemporary condition globally, one characterised by rapid urbanisation, environmental change, technological emergence, and increasing socioeconomic inequity. The Bachelor of Design in Architecture aims to prepare students for globally-relevant employment by immersion into a program that provides broad yet focused experiences in synthesising diverse information in the resolution of complex creative-design challenges.     Established as a highly-flexible and student-focused degree program, students will study for 2 years full time but may also choose to study part-time. Studies include content from the disciplines of architecture, digital media, construction, urban planning, film, and university electives. Key highlights of the program include an annual all-school “charrette”, several off-campus study tours (including international study opportunities), a monthly international guest-lecture series, study with distinguished guest faculty and Architects-In-Residence, a bi-annual student exhibition and publication, and an internationally and nationally recognised academic staff of scholars and practitioner-teachers. Students will undertake a brief period of work-integrated learning to provide relevant industry experience prior to graduation. Students undertake the Bachelor of Design in Architecture in a unique setting: the national and international award-winning Abedian School of Architecture. This facility and its associated Fabrication and Robotics Lab are dedicated for student use, creating an environment to support creative activity that is accessible 24/7 throughout the year. Students enjoy their own studio-based desk in the School provided for the duration of their studies, which becomes the point of personalised contact with program staff for an individualised, highly supported education. The limited student cohort size of the School is maintained to ensure all students have unique access to workshop facilities and program staff that is unparalleled almost anywhere globally. The Bachelor of Design in Architecture is a standard degree pathway leading toward a Master of Architecture, which is the terminal award allowing graduates to gain registration as an Architect in Australia and other jurisdictions that recognise the award. Graduates of the Bachelor of Design in Architecture program may progress to the Master of Architecture upon application and review of undergraduate performance. However, entry to the Master of Architecture is not automatic

The primary objective of the Master of Psychology (Clinical) Degree is to provide advanced education in the professional practice of Psychology. The training is based on a scientist-practitioner model and is designed to prepare students with the knowledge and applied skills required by a registered practising psychologist with an emphasis in the area of program specialisation (i.e., Clinical Psychology). The program draws from a range of theoretical perspectives informed by contemporary research and practice. The Masters by Coursework Degree integrates coursework, research and practical placement experience. Students complete a series of placement experiences under the supervision of highly qualified and experienced Supervisors, and apply best practice models to a professional standard. Upon successful completion of program requirements, graduates are eligible to apply for full registration as a Psychologist, full membership of the APS, and associate membership of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists.
