The Bachelor of Social Science program encompasses several disciplines including criminology, psychology, counselling and behaviour management. The program allows you to combine majors to complete a program whose title reflects a specialisation of studies in a social sciences discipline area. The Bachelor of Business prepares you for leadership roles in today’s global businesses. The Bachelor of Biomedical Science is a 2-year accelerated degree that provides you with the ideal undergraduate foundation for a career in the health sciences. The program develops your knowledge in the molecular, cellular, anatomical, and physiological processes of the human body and prepares you for graduate-entry programs such as medicine and the allied health professions. The program will develop your knowledge and laboratory skills across a range of disciplines including anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology, pharmacology, chemistry, biochemistry, cell biology, genetics, and microbiology. Extensive laboratory training from the first semester, as well as case studies and problem-solving techniques are applied within a variety of clinical, research, and allied health care settings. The program focuses on real-world learning, where you will gain exceptional, high-quality practical experience in our health science laboratories. You will be able to develop and master technical-scientific and research skills using some of the latest research equipment, from the very first semester. Due to Bond University’s small class sizes, you will be able to enjoy extensive use of this equipment and will be able to use the facilities outside of scheduled class times to further develop and refine your practical skills. The laboratories have dedicated laboratory staff to provide support and optimise your learning experience. An innovative feature of the program is the application of problem-based learning in the curriculum, a popular feature in medical programs which creates an engaging student learning experience to increase analytical reasoning and critical thinking skills.

Hospitality and tourism are among the largest and fastest-growing industries in the world. The Bachelor of International Hotel and Tourism Management at Bond will prepare you for professional and managerial roles in the global tourism industry, including hotels, resorts, airlines, restaurants, theme parks, cruise lines, destination marketing, and management organizations, and events. Bond has strong relationships with Marriott, Accor, Hilton, InterContinental, Sheraton, Wyndham, and many other international tourism organizations. The Gold Coast has over 300 hotels and resorts plus dozens of major attractions in the region, providing you with numerous opportunities to gain experience at your fingertips.

The Bachelor of International Hotel and Tourism Management will prepare you for professional and managerial roles in the global tourism and hotel industries. You will develop the knowledge and skills required by managers in modern hospitality and tourism businesses with special emphasis on; hotel, tourism and event operations, sustainable tourism, tourism industry analysis, revenue management, and human resource management. Emphasis is placed on practical and experiential learning through field trips, industry experience, internships, and real-life case studies. Students will undertake an Industry Experience Placement or an Employment Activity as part of the Beyond Bond program.

The Bachelor of Business Data Analytics program is focused on using data analytics techniques to improve business decision making.  It is a quantitative program, combining elements of statistics, computing, big data and machine learning. The Bachelor of Business Data Analytics is taught via smaller classes for personalised attention and unparalleled access to facilities like the Bond University Business School’s Big Data Centre. The program develops students’ skills in the development and understanding of analytics and analytic techniques and focuses on how these techniques can be used to solve real-world business problems and better inform evidence-based decision making. Employment opportunities include working in business as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or statistics consultant.

The Master of Professional Psychology will provide selected Psychology graduates with a fifth year of professional training in Psychology. The degree will incorporate both coursework and supervised training and practice with the aim to provide students with a thorough grounding in professional practice to meet the accreditation standards set by APAC. 

On completion of this program, students will be able to seek registration as a general Psychologist following a further sixth year of approved supervised practice.

The Bachelor of Commerce program develops students’ financial literacy, business analytic and decision-making skills, leadership, and management skills through experiential learning and authentic assessment tasks relevant to the choice of major. By undertaking a specified set of subjects according to their chosen discipline, Bachelor of Commerce students graduating with an Accounting, Actuarial Science or Finance major are eligible to pursue professional qualifications offered by their field’s governing bodies. Students are also encouraged to complete a minor to diversify their skills and enhance their employability.

The Master of City Planning program aims to produce innovative practice-oriented graduates with the capacity to play a leading role in creating sustainable cities and regions.  This program is designed to equip students for rewarding professional work planning for 21st century global-local challenges including rapid urbanisation, climate change, resource constraints, globalisation and technological disruption.  With its distinctive interdisciplinary urban design orientation, the program will cultivate city planners and urban designers with the global perspective, knowledge, skills and adaptability to make a significant contribution to addressing these challenges. The Master of Project Management program provides a comprehensive business-ready foundation that will equip students from any background with the knowledge required to develop a career and expertise in project management. The Master of Project Management features four distinct study themes including strategy, sustainability, managing complex problems and teams, and virtual teams and global working. The curriculum addresses a range of topics including conflict resolution, effective integrated planning, management, market performance, portfolio management, public and private sector investment and risk identification. External speakers from leading investment banks, credit agencies and portfolio fund managers contribute to case studies and workshops.

The Master of Project Management (Professional) program provides a comprehensive business-ready foundation that will equip students from any background with the knowledge required to develop a career and expertise in project management. The Master of Project Management (Professional) features four distinct study themes including strategy, sustainability, managing complex problems and teams, and virtual teams, and global working. The curriculum addresses a range of topics including conflict resolution, effective integrated planning, management, market performance, portfolio management, public and private sector investment and risk identification. External speakers from leading investment banks, credit agencies, and portfolio fund managers contribute to case studies and workshops.

The Professional Portfolio subject within the program is strongly experientially oriented and encourages students to develop their professional skills in a real-world environment. The subject ensures that students combine self-analysis and reflective learning skills with business and professional methodologies, so as to expand analytic and strategic thinking capabilities. It provides practical experience for students to develop their skills in a profession relevant to their Master's specialization. All students are required to complete a 2,000-word scoping document, and undertake either a work placement in Australia for 210 hours (which includes an employer's report and a reflective journal) or an alternative on-campus project (PM-BOT) or research-related fieldwork (which includes evidence collection, critical reflection and implications for the industry), plus a final professional portfolio collection of documents highlighting their practical and theoretical experiences in their profession of choice. Additional Professional Portfolio options may be available to eligible students, these options require Faculty approval prior to commencement.

The Bachelor of Health Transformation prepares graduates for professional and trans-disciplinary roles in the modern ever-changing work environment with the inclusion of an immersive industry-based learning program. Students will also explore global sustainable development goals through the completion of a collaborative and creative design solutions option.
