The Master of Laboratory Medicine is designed for graduates of general science or biomedical science degrees who are interested in a career in diagnostic pathology or medical research but who lack experience in the diagnostic laboratory disciplines.

The Asian region is a key growth area for the aviation market, with double-digit growth rates in air traffic across China, Hong Kong and Singapore. Massive passenger growth means many more aircraft, larger and more airports, and larger and new airlines. This points to a need for more aerospace engineers, and more aviation-related employees.

During your study in the Master of Engineering (Aerospace), you'll learn how to analyse complex engineering assets in the aerospace and aviation environment; and you will develop engineering, scientific and technological solutions to ensure problem-free operations. This diploma is a core requirement that can be used in your application to be credentialed by the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses, which will allow you to practice as a recognised Mental Health Nurse. The Master of Biotechnology focuses on the study of living systems to address challenges in the environment, health or food science.

Students will explore gene and protein technologies, bioinformatics, and various microbiology and food science disciplines, both in the classroom and via a strong component of hands-on laboratory practicals.

This program includes an option to complete one semester of either work experience in the form of an industry placement, or a research project where you’ll complete minor thesis.
