Overview
The Master of Clinical Psychology provides you with the advanced knowledge and clinical skills that will enable you to function as professional clinical psychologist in a wide range of health, community and allied settings.
This training encompasses a wide range of theoretical and applied topics, such as knowledge of psychological principles, application of psychological theories and models, design and implementation of psychological interventions, ethical, legal and professional aspects of psychological practice, psychological assessment and measurement, applied research and evaluation, and communication and interpersonal relationships.
Advanced skills in assessment, diagnosis and treatment are imparted through intensive, small-group face-to-face didactic lectures/seminars, tutorials, case presentations, role plays and workshops. Students receive ample opportunities to develop advanced therapeutic skills within a cognitive-behavioural framework and other contemporary evidence-based theoretical paradigms, utilising the scientist-practitioner model.

Master of Biotechnology
The Master of Biotechnology focuses on the study of living systems to address challenges in the environment, health or food science.
Students will explore gene and protein technologies, bioinformatics, and various microbiology and food science disciplines, both in the classroom and via a strong component of hands-on laboratory practicals.
This program includes an option to complete one semester of either work experience in the form of an industry placement, or a research project where you’ll complete minor thesis.
All students have the opportunity to analyse real-world data when they undertake a research project.

It also includes other therapies such as acupuncture, cupping (applying a heated cup to the skin to create suction) and tui na (remedial massage).
The emphasis is on the integration of Chinese medicine and western medical sciences, working together with the health community to provide the community with skilled health practitioners in Chinse medicine. Advanced clinical training is provided in Australia and China (where practicable) to broaden your clinical experience.
Graduates will be able to practise Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture at an internationally accepted level, with the capacity to launch careers in independent practice, or working within healthcare organisations as a Chinese medicine practitioner registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Bachelor of Science in Food Technology and Nutrition
RMIT's Bachelor of Food Technology and Nutrition will provide you with a foundational knowledge of the science of manufacturing food and making it safe and nutritious.
You will learn how to develop novel, healthy and functional food products that meet consumer demands and comply with strict safety and health guidelines.
Major in food technology or nutrition (or both). The nutrition major focuses on human health and nutrition subjects, while the food technology major deals with traditional and novel technologies employed in the manufacture of food products, as well as sensory evaluation of foods, product development and quality assurance.

This degree is built on core studies in mechanical engineering, with a specialisation in automotive engineering to develop economical and sustainable automotive designs or solve modern transport problems such as electrification and automation.
You'll study vehicle power systems, vehicle noise and vibration, vehicle handling and control, sustainable vehicle design, automotive manufacturing, vehicle aerodynamics, and autonomous vehicles.
The degree incorporates complete car design with a focus on new technologies that benefit society such as driverless cars, full-electric, hybrid power trains and fuel cells. It takes a global view and is increasingly environmental in outlook.
