Students can complete a Master of Commerce through two years of full-time study, or even less if you're a business graduate. Online and flexible learning options are also available.

The Master of Landscape Architecture course is accredited by the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects. The course is recognised as a world-class facility in fostering design knowledge, critical thinking, and design advocacy through innovative teaching and research.
RMIT’s Master of Landscape Architecture will equip you to become a leader and innovator in landscape architectural practice.

You’ll learn through design studios, which operate as laboratories conducive to experimentation, investigation, and the exploration of design as an agent that responds to issues in the built environment. Studios are led by distinguished local and international academic practitioners drawing from a diverse field of knowledge and experience.

In the Associate Degree in Business, you will study a range of business subjects including marketing, human resources, accountancy and management disciplines.

Blending the academic and the practical, you will explore and understand how the range of subjects work together holistically to enable the effective management of a contemporary business.

In this associate degree, you will be exposed to simulated and real-life business challenges, often working with partner companies on specific group projects. Past partners have included Devondale, Zagame Automotive Group, the Takeda Pharmaceutical Company, Tupperware, and the Transport Accident Commission (TAC).
Working individually and in groups, you will develop cooperative skills essential in the workplace. You will also be mentored by teachers with practical workplace experience in senior industry roles to complement your academic learning journey. Your expansive studies in this qualification will allow you to pursue more specialised further study.

Gain expertise in both the hardware and structure of computer systems, and the software used to control them.

In RMIT's Bachelor of Engineering (Computer and Network Engineering) (Honours) / Bachelor of Computer Science, you’ll acquire extensive knowledge of computer system architecture, software design and the necessary skills required for developing embedded hardware and network-based computer systems.

The computer science degree will develop a skill set that spans from theoretical and algorithmic foundations to cutting-edge developments in computing. You will gain deep knowledge of systems infrastructure, software methods and technologies, and application technologies.

The computer and network engineering degree will develop your skills in the field of embedded systems or smart devices, as well as provide you with expertise in large scale network design and the implementation of digital communication networks that are vital for many big businesses. 

This double degree will also allow you to focus your skills on a range of topics, covering the Internet of Things (loT), software engineering, artificial Intelligence, sensor networks, high-performance parallel processing, real-time embedded systems, signal processing, programming and software development.

Work integrated learning is embedded in the computer science and engineering degree, enabling you to gain practical experience and employability skills.

You’ll have the opportunity to design creative solutions through inspiring and sustainable design-and-build projects, take part in the Engineers Without Borders Challenge - a humanitarian-focused subject offered in all RMIT engineering degrees, undertake industry placements in Australia or overseas, and learn programming in our innovative Bootcamp2Studio model.

On productions there may be many takes to produce the right shot, but it only takes one associate degree to give you the skills you need to build a career in screen and media content production.

This qualification will teach you valuable screen industry skills and knowledge in the key areas of concept development, storytelling, pre-production, production and post-production for single and multi-camera productions.

Throughout the curriculum, there is a strong emphasis on industry knowledge, collaboration, team building, creative application and professionalism. We offer a broad range of classes and screenings, as well as computer lab, location and studio-based exercises and productions.

With access to a range of professional equipment and facilities, you are actively encouraged to develop and produce innovative screen content to industry standard.

In this course, you will gain stronger practical skills and more hands-on laboratory experience.

As a laboratory technician, you’ll be able to conduct tests for pathologists, biochemists, clinical chemists, pharmacologists, veterinarians, microbiologists and bacteriologists. You’ll also be able to apply your knowledge of living systems to work toward solving important issues, such as controlling disease and making the environment safer.

You will provide technical support to scientists working in research, production and testing roles. Under supervision, you’ll get to examine changes in cells and tissues, perform chemical analyses of blood and other body fluids, and assist with research.
With this qualification, you’ll be able to work in hospitals, research institutes, pharmaceutical companies, private pathology laboratories, commercial laboratories and government departments.

This future-focused degree gives you flexibility to design your studies in order to pursue emerging and cross-sector job opportunities, including in international development, security, humanitarian emergencies and sustainability.
