The Associate Degree in Engineering has been designed to equip you with a broad theoretical and technical knowledge of the underlying principles of engineering.

The Bachelor of Arts (Fine Art) (Honours) supports and develops your capacity as a practicing artist and active researcher in the field of contemporary art.

This degree is designed for students who have successfully completed a three-year degree in contemporary art or craft, or an equivalent field, and who wish to undertake a further year of study to focus exclusively on an individual project.

At this level of study, you will engage with high-level intensive subjects, deepening and enriching your practice through expertise, knowledge and criticality.

You will be guided through personalised mentorship and individual supervision, as you are introduced to practice-led research and research methodologies.

A flexible curriculum provides opportunities for you to develop an individual project and to further your knowledge and capability for professional or highly skilled art practice, and/or further learning at a postgraduate level.

In the Bachelor of Communication (Journalism), you will learn how to create high quality journalism which will be broadcast or published in the City Journal, Channel 31 and RRR.

This degree is highly regarded by the news industry for its blend of theory and practice. The Bachelor of Applied Science (Project Management) (Honours) was developed in response to the growing industry demand for project management skills. It is grounded in residential, commercial and industrial construction for civil, environmental and government projects.

The combination of our expert teachers, passionate researchers, connection to industry and strong practical focus means that RMIT graduates are among the most employable in Australia.

This Qualification has been superseded by the Department of Education, Skills and Employment and will change in 2023.

You can still apply for this program and you will be supported to transfer into the new qualification once it becomes available. This may result in changes to the program structure, content and fees.
