In this degree, you will learn the multifaceted practice of professional Industrial Design, from the blue-sky activities of idea-generation and invention to the rigorous knowledge of engineering science. You'll learn through making as you get hands-on with advanced technologies, including 3D printing and other methods of cutting-edge manufacturing through to traditional craft/hand-making technologies and techniques. You will be prepared for careers ranging from design for mass-production to small scale manufacture and everything in between. All courses are taught under the guidance of our industry experienced teaching staff, and everything is viewed through the lens of sustainability and best professional practice.

This degree sits within the discipline of Architecture, Design and Planning and many of the core courses sit within the discipline of Mechanical Engineering. This is a testament to the practical and interdisciplinary nature of your study. You'll be taught electronics, mechanics, thermofluids and more by engineering specialists, while also being taught design skills, digital modelling, 3D printing and programming by design professionals. An MBA is an advanced general management degree designed for managers who wish to develop a solid business foundation, as well as skills and knowledge of cutting-edge business practices for the 21st century. The Master of Civil Engineering/Master of Engineering Project Management provides students with advanced study across the breadth of specialisations in Civil Engineering and Project Management. It is designed to extend and deepen the knowledge and skills gained from an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering. It is ideal for professional civil engineers who aspire to develop their design skills and advance their capabilities to analyse and solve structural problems and manage projects across a wide range of real-world civil engineering applications.

In this double degree, you'll develop an understanding of the vital importance of human services within Australia's legal and social systems.

Through the human services component, you'll learn how to build a better future for individuals and families. You'll also be empowered by a greater understanding of the principles of social justice and social inclusion. In the criminology and criminal justice component, you'll learn about the causes of crime and how society responds to them through the justice system.

Your study will include courses about policing, working with offenders and victims, and analysing and preventing crimes. You'll hear from academic and professional experts about how crime can be prevented and reduced.

You'll also undertake a range of courses to prepare you as a human services practitioner to create a more socially just world.

You will be prepared for a career in areas such as law enforcement, working directly with offenders in welfare and counselling roles and in criminological research and policy roles.

The Master of Professional Engineering is for aspiring engineers who want to obtain accredited qualifications to practise as an engineer in Australia and overseas, or for existing professional engineers to move into a different field of engineering. The program focuses on the knowledge and skills required to design solutions and manage engineering projects in a holistic way. For those from a science, environmental science or computing background who want to change careers to become an engineer, the Graduate Diploma of Engineering Science provides a pathway to the Master of Professional Engineering.

This program builds on the technical skills developed in the Bachelor of Dental Health Science and is the final two years of professional training needed for eligibility to apply for registration as a Dentist. Students will develop theoretical knowledge of dental practice and undertake extensive clinical work in the Griffith Dental Clinic and on placements in various regional clinics.

Graduates will gain skills in providing professional counselling to assist others in resolving personal or professional problems. Working in the counselling profession involves guiding and empowering people to develop self-understanding and to make changes in their lives in order to accomplish mental health, wellness, education, and career goals. They assist people by offering them a structured and focused way of addressing their problems, and work with clients on developing strategies to overcome obstacles and personal challenges that they are facing.

In Griffith's Master of International Law, you'll be equipped with the skills to understand and apply international and globalised law principles in a range of contexts. Throughout your studies, you'll explore crucial topics such as international human rights and environmental issues, cross-border negotiations, transactions and disputes, and public international law developments.

The Bachelor of Psychological Science will give you a thorough grounding in clinical, developmental, biological, cognitive, social and organisational psychology.

• apply psychological theories to topics such as thinking and perceiving, motivation, stress, health, criminal activity, and group behaviour;
• evaluate and understand tests that measure intellectual, behavioural and emotional states;
• use interpersonal skills and the principles of counselling to help people with personal, health, vocational and social difficulties.
