You will study a wide ranging and diverse base of specialist health management courses. The Bachelor of Animation (Honours) provides a fourth year of study for students who have completed a Bachelor of Animation (1179) or an equivalent undergraduate program. It is a full-time program that comprises a significant independent Animation research project to be completed under formal supervision. This project is driven by methodological and theoretical inquiry and complemented with an appropriate elective course.

An MBA is an advanced general management degree designed for managers who wish to develop a solid business foundation, as well as skills and knowledge of cutting-edge business practices for the 21st century. At Griffith we offer two MBA programs, both are focused around our values of responsible leadership; sustainable business practices; and a global perspective with the aim of making you an effective globally responsible business leader. The two programs we offer differ in their delivery style; one is fully flexible and can be studied online or face to face in a standard 12 week trimester (MBA program 5158). The accelerated program is online only, and each course is delivered over a 6 week period (MBA program 5670). These two delivery styles allow you to choose the method of study that suits you best and both programs are assessed authentically meaning that you can apply what you learn to your workplace with immediate benefit.

In this new double degree, you'll develop your passion for visual art while gaining practical business skills. You will be able to apply your creativity in a wide range of commercial areas, understand visual arts practice in terms of a contemporary art market and be prepared to work independently as an artist, in arts and cultural organisations.

The Queensland College of Art (QCA) attracts students that are dedicated to becoming innovative and creative practitioners. In the Bachelor of Visual Arts, one of the flagship degrees of the QCA, you'll focus on theory and practice to gain experience in contemporary approaches to visual arts, and develop studio skills and research methods. This Honours program has been designed to enable students who have demonstrated substantial ability at an undergraduate level to develop advanced levels of studio practice, supporting theory and an advanced level of research understanding.

While studying Design (Honours), you'll have the ability to choose a project or topic that you're passionate about and have the space and access to studios, software and equipment to explore that further.

This degree provides an alternative route for entry into a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) if you do not meet the entry requirements for direct admission.

When you complete this degree, you will be granted admission to an MPhil or PhD, providing you have fulfilled the entry requirements detailed in the Higher Degree Research policy and have completed the confirmation procedure. Your final grade will determine whether you are eligible for the PhD or MPhil.

You will undertake advanced study and supervised research work in the health discipline, defined by your undergraduate degree. In the coursework component, you will critically evaluate research and develop your knowledge and understanding of statistical analysis techniques as applied to health research. You will also develop an awareness of research proposal design and background. The multidisciplinary context of this degree will be invaluable to you if you are seeking to understand complex problems in health.

The Bachelor of Visual Arts will equip you with the necessary historical, theoretical and practical knowledge to begin a career in the visual arts. Working with accomplished artists, art historians and other industry leaders, you will learn how to navigate and succeed in the visual arts sector. This degree consists primarily of studio and art theory courses.

In the first year, you will undertake introductory courses in painting, sculpture photography and Indigenous art and protocols with the additional choice of foundation courses in either printmaking, jewellery and small objects, or digital media. In your second year, you will specialise in either painting, sculpture, or photography, with electives in other disciplines at the Queensland College of Art and across Griffith University.

In your third year, you will continue your major, learn important professional practice skills and produce a major cross-disciplinary project and exhibition. Courses in art theory underpin all three years of the program and provide an important foundation for studio practice or further art historical and curatorial study.
