Hospitality and Events Management
Hospitality and Events Management provides a comprehensive overview of the field, from marketing and entrepreneurship to venue planning and innovation. You'll graduate with the skills you need to succeed in this fast-paced industry.

Gain the competency to become a senior manager in any hospitality functional area. Acquire the skills to analyse, design and execute judgements using wide-ranging technical, creative, conceptual or managerial competencies. You will be able to work in various hospitality settings such as restaurants, hotels, catering operations, motels, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops.

The CHC52015 Diploma of Community Services enables you to work in diverse areas such as community health, employment services and disability services to make a significant difference in client’s lives. The case management specialisation gives you skills to manage, coordinate and deliver services to the clients with diverse need. This will also give you first-hand experience in assessing and reviewing information and improving service practices. The job roles include but are not limited to Case Coordinator, Case Management Supervisor, Case Worker or Case Manager, Community Care Worker, Community Services Worker, Manager Community Services, Program Coordinator, and Team Leader.

Work-Based Training
During Work-Based Training, you will be able to practice your skills and knowledge in real workplace settings. This will assist you to be job-ready> at graduation. Stanley College has entered into Work-Based Training agreements with a number of employers.

All Work-Based Training is organised by Stanley College’s Employment Liaison Team in consultation with students.

Before commencement of Work-Based Training, students are also required to provide:

• National Police Certificate (WA)^
• National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) screening certificate^
• Medical Clearance may also be required^
• Evidence of Flu Vaccination^
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)^
• Evidence of COVID-19 Vaccination^#

Develop the knowledge and skills to establish yourself in the growing industry of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) with the ICT50220 Diploma of Information Technology (Cyber Security) at Stanley College.  This qualification reflects the role of individuals in ICT roles who have established specialised skills in a technical ICT function. Individuals carry out moderately complex tasks in a specialist field, working independently, as part of a team or leading a deliverable with others. They may apply their skills across a wide range of industries, business functions and departments, as a business owner.

The Diploma of Digital Marketing aims to provide graduates with knowledge and skills in digital marketing required to perform the following functions associated with roles such as Digital Marketer, Marketing Automation Specialist and Digital Marketing Coordinator. The Diploma of Digital Marketing aims to provide graduates with knowledge and skills in digital marketing required to perform the following functions:

• Apply marketing principles and techniques in a digital landscape
• Design and conduct omnichannel digital marketing campaigns
• Utilise digital channels and automation to implement digital marketing strategies
• Test digital marketing performance

This qualification reflects the role of educators in early childhood education and care who work in regulated children’s education and care services in Australia. Educators at this level are responsible for designing and implementing curriculum that meets the requirements of an approved learning framework and for maintaining compliance in other areas of service operations. They use specialised knowledge and analyse and apply theoretical concepts to diverse work situations. They may have responsibility for supervision of volunteers or other educators. Early childhood educators work in long day care centres, family day care, pre-schools or kindergartens.
