UNSW’s Master of Environmental Management is a two-year full-time postgraduate degree that will prepare you for a career that tackles our biggest ecological challenges through change-leadership and sustainability.

Food scientists study the properties of food and ingredients to ensure their safe use and consumption. The Food Science (Honours) degree is designed to provide you with a solid background in mathematics, natural and applied sciences to equip you for a career in a variety of professions.

The four-year Food Science degree is offered in two disciplines: Food Science and Technology and Food Science and Nutrition

Human Pathology

Examine how and why diseases develop, what happens to our bodies when we’re ill and the effects of diseases. Pathology involves the study of diseases, such as infections and cancers, at the genetic, molecular, cellular and organ levels.

The UNSW Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Education (Secondary) is a four-year, full-time (or part-time equivalent) double degree that provides you with the skills to pursue a career in secondary-school teaching, specialising in science and mathematics.
