This double degree in mathematics and computer studies makes a valuable combination. While the advanced mathematics (honours) degree focuses on in-depth understanding of pure and applied mathematics, the computer science degree looks at the design, construction and uses of computer systems.

Business Analytics Specialisation

Business analytics is about using data insights to analyse all things related to business. With the increasing impact and influence of big data on business operations, the demand for analytics professionals is strong, and continues to grow.

Why study business analytics?
You'll learn to source, analyse, and apply data insights, giving you skills that can be applied to a diverse range of industries. With statistical modelling, programming and database management, this major has an emphasis on the ethical and legal issues of data governance so you’ll walk away with a holistic framework to span the bridge between business problem owners and technical experts.

Medical science is the foundation that the practice of medicine is built on. This degree delves into how the human body functions and responds to disease and drug treatments. It incorporates facets of several scientific disciplines to provide you with an extensive understanding of the human body.

The Bachelor of Medical Science explores:

This double degree is designed for students wishing to pursue a career in either Engineering or Biomedical Engineering. Biomedical Engineering applies engineering principles to the development of technologies and solutions in a range of healthcare-related fields, including implantable bionics, drug delivery systems, medical imaging, radiotherapy, orthopaedic devices, robotic surgery, cell and tissue engineering, physical rehabilitation and others. This double degree is currently offered for select specialisations only.
