The Master of Finance is a specialist degree for graduates who have completed a finance major in their undergraduate studies and now want to take on more advanced topics. It has been developed in close consultation with the finance sector and exposes you to the latest thinking and research in finance.

Broaden your career opportunities by studying advanced science and engineering together. The advanced science degree differs from the Bachelor of Science with the inclusion of advanced-level courses and an honours year. The Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) has been designed with consultation from industry to set you up for lifelong employability. By combining your BCom with a Bachelor of Arts, you can choose from a diverse range of majors and subjects in the arts, humanities and social sciences. The Master of Engineering Science (Structural Engineering) will help you develop advanced professional skills in computational analysis and design of steel, and in reinforced, composite and pre-stressed concrete structures.

It is designed for practising structural engineers and recent graduates planning a career in structural or civil engineering.

You will investigate and gain practical experience in the structural integrity of materials used in buildings, bridges, dams, tunnels, roads, pavements and other structures when exposed to natural phenomena or hostile environments.

The typical two-year program, sitting within the UNSW School of Civil and Environmental Engineering, comprises 16 courses and features complex, open-ended enquiry-based projects as well as many other opportunities to help you become a leader in the field.

The program offers advanced disciplinary knowledge courses in the likes of structural stability, pre-stressed and reinforced concrete design, bridge engineering, advanced materials technology and computational structural mechanics.

In addition, you will develop a systematic approach to solving problems, as well as core project planning skills and the ability to analyse, interpret and communicate results proficiently.

Those with a degree or extensive prior professional experience in a related area can apply for credit of up to 50% of a program.

The Bachelor of Computer Science/Fine Arts double degree provides technical and creative foundations for developing and using computer graphics and coded media. It allows you to specialise in either the technical or creative strand of computer graphics and associated fields.

Designed for students aspiring to work in the creative fields, the Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) is for those who are open minded, curious, and inventive and who wish to immerse themselves in their creative practice. The BFA is home to distinctive specialisations in Animation and Moving Image, Art Theory, Music, and Visual Arts, each of which is led by experts in your field and supported by specialist facilities.

This degree is designed to accommodate the needs of busy professionals from a wide range of backgrounds. You will choose to study fully online, or in blended mode with part-time and full-time options available. In blended mode, you will study core courses online and attend two intensive face-to-face meetups per year on-campus or at our industry partner facilities. You will also have full access to all campus facilities throughout your study.
