What you'll learn

During this degree you will study courses that teach you the fundamental legal principles and concepts that underpin the Australian legal system.

Courses such as torts, contracts, criminal law and constitutional law will give you a good understanding of the basic legal principles.

Our Law program also features courses that build your leadership skills, intercultural communication, project management and capacity for community engagement. The Master of Management (Marketing) comprises 12 courses. You will complete four core courses and six Marketing specialisation courses.

This graduate diploma comprises design research studio classes, sustainable design theory classes, research methods classes, and a selection of electives.   
 

The Master of Professional Accounting will prepare you for practice as a professional accountant. You will develop analytical, general business management and critical problem-solving skills, and gain a comprehensive understanding of accounting practice.

Your studies will focus on financial and management accounting, finance, commercial law, taxation law and auditing. You will graduate well-equipped for a global career and knowledgeable in areas such as accounting, tax, financial management and public practice.

What you'll learn
In the Master of Professional Accounting you will study five core courses and nine accounting specialisation courses. You will gain a solid grounding in the latest accounting methods by studying areas in auditing, taxation, financial and management accounting and corporate finance. You will also study two electives as part of your studies. One of your elective options is a 100+ hour industry placement either in Australia or overseas.

This degree will develop your knowledge of the global business environment and enable you to maximise your career development opportunities and employment prospects. You will benefit from a range of experience-based learning opportunities, including overseas study and business mentoring by a senior business leader through the Executive Partners Program.

Your studies will focus on international business strategy, international trade, global marketing, and employment law – the knowledge you will need to accelerate your career as a business professional in an international context.

You’ll then branch out into your specialisation, and learn the latest in areas such as macroeconomics, economics of public policy and analysis; portfolio and fund management; and international currency and banking markets. You can also embark on an overseas study tour, undertake an industry placement, or work on an industry-related research project.

The Master of Finance will explore areas such as financial theory and markets, investment management, corporate finance as well as econometrics.
