In the Master of Engineering (Engineering Management) program, you will learn the latest theories and professional skills related to engineering management and apply them to the core areas, covering project management, supply chain management, quality management, operation management and resource management. What you Learn

In the first year of the program students gain an appreciation of various operational aspects of managing the operations of an engineering organisation. This includes studies in areas such as total quality management, research data analysis, principles of project management, engineering economic analysis, sustainable development and design practice, intelligent production systems, and leadership with elective courses in energy and society, robotics and automation and human resource management, strategic procurement and others.

In the second year of the program students undertake more advanced studies which emphasise the strategic management of engineering operations. This includes consideration of issues relating to supply chain management, resource management, project planning con control, and operation management.
