Marketing

Through an in-depth understanding of the marketing field including the challenges of global forces, new technologies and changing customer demographics, students develop practical skills that contribute to improving organisational performance. The major is based on industry expectations and students work on industry-based projects and case studies equipping them to take on roles across numerous organisations including in digital marketing, campaign strategies, business and data analytics.

The marketing major shifts the focus from siloed factory-model approach found in typical marketing programs to one that is customer-centric, integrated, immersive and experiential. Unlike many other marketing majors, this new program embeds digital applications throughout.

This major satisfies the educational requirements for recognition as a Certified Practising Marketer and eligibility for student membership of the Australian Marketing Institute and The Research Society.

This double degree program allows you to span both the legal and scientific worlds. This Bachelor of Science asks questions about how the natural world works and the impact of humans at its interface. The Bachelor of Laws program satisfies the academic degree requirements for admission to practice as an Australian lawyer. Forensic Science

This major provides students specialised expertise in forensic science including methods of forensic analysis, crime scene investigation, forensic photography, forensic investigation, crime and criminal justice and complex cases. Career opportunities include forensic scientists, crime scene investigators, private investigators and consultants, police officers, drug analysts, researchers and academics, and specialised forensic science practitioners. The main employers of forensic scientists are State and Federal police services, State and Commonwealth Government Health Departments and analytical chemistry laboratories. Graduates will be versatile with a wide skills base with (depending on their choice of electives) potential for employment in analytical chemistry and microbiology, quality control and assurance, biochemistry and molecular biology, scientific research, education and the chemical industry.

Our Bachelor of Health Science combines study with hands-on experience and allows you to major in one or two specialisations in the areas of health promotion, health services management, recreational therapy, clinical sciences and public health. Health Services Management

Health Services Management plays a vital role in society ensuring investment in health is well spent, and health services are effective, efficient and sustainable. As a Health Services Management graduate, you can work in quality improvement, project and resource management, and digital health.
