The Bachelor of Motion Picture Arts is a baccalaureate program spanning for a length of four years and offered by the School of Motion Picture Arts. In this program, students are taught a number of things such as theoretical and technical knowledge about the field, development of critical skills, practical experiences with people from the industry and state of the art equipment for practical purposes. The Bosa Centre for Film and Animation is used for students to interact with professionals from the field of motion picture arts.

The North American Business Management Applied Post Baccalaureate Diploma (NABU Applied) builds knowledge about how to do business in North America for students from around the world.

International students and new permanent residents with an undergraduate degree completed outside of Canada can gain both North American business credentials and practical hands-on work experience in a North American organization.

Capilano University provides a diploma in Classical Music which spans for 24 months. This two year program offers students a wholesome and creative environment to nurture their potential. The Health Care Assistant (HCA) program combines theory courses, lab skills and clinical practicums in real-world health care settings. Students learn to provide personal care to clients and residents in complex care, specialized dementia care, selected acute care settings and in the community. Classes are taught by experienced health professionals who share their stories about clinical practice.

The HCA certificate is an 8-month full-time program offered in an accelerated program that students can complete in 7 months of study.

The Bachelor program majoring in Jazz Studies is a four year long program that deals with various aspects of the said subjects such as jazz performances, composing music and theoretical knowledge about music pertaining to the field of jazz. This degree deals with the playing, composing, teaching and conduction of jazz music. 

The two-year diploma comprises the first two years of the Bachelor of Music and gives students the skills to develop a career as a self-employed music professional. Students are taught about the history of music, about the influential figures in Jazz Music, research, analysis and notation of jazz music. Students are required to produce scholarly work that shows a firm contextual understanding of music theory and history as well as exercise self-discipline and a strong work ethic in the development of performance and composition skills.
