The Rehabilitation Assistant program at Capilano University is offered by the School of Allied Health and is an undergraduate program that extends over a period of 2 years. The said program incorporates a number of important features which are to be followed by the students such as completing assigned tasks, use of appropriate language, time management, taking constructive feedback and inculcating practical skills necessary to fulfill the role of a rehabilitation assistant.

This is one of the few programs which combine occupational therapy, physiotherapy as well as speech/language audiology therapy. Rehab Assistants are mostly employed under acute care with the patients as well as at rehabilitation centres where the clients or patients need assistance in their day to day life. The age demographic of clients can be from infants to adolescents and can extend to elderly people. The triple-training provided in this unique program means you could be providing physical, cognitive, communication or psychosocial support.

This diploma is a full time program where students are educated about the business techniques and trends across the globe. The Associate of Arts degree in Creative Writing is a two year long baccalaureate program which deals with contemporary literature, creative writing, reading, understanding basic writing concepts and many more. The course is headed by a number of professionals who guide students with the important aspects of creative writing. 

The Associate of Arts degree in creative writing is a great jumpstart for people who wish to pursue a career in creative writing, copywriting, proofreading, persuasive copywriting, freelancing and so on. Capilano University has a comprehensive program for international students called Early Childhood Care & Education Pathway which spans over a period of 1 year. This program is designed as a result of collaboration between English for Academic Purposes (EAP) and the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) program. This program is specially designed for students who study at the top two levels of the EAP program. 

This program is exclusively designed for international students in order to work with their English speaking skills and help them gain credentials. The Pathway program allows students to begin getting credit for an ECCE credential which is beneficial when they wish to take up further post-secondary education. Upon successful completion of the Pathway Program, you will have earned 9 credits you can apply toward your ECCE credential.

The Diploma in Musical Theatre at Capilano University is a three year long baccalaureate program that is exclusively designed for the students who wish to take up performing arts as a career option. This course provides students with ample practical opportunities throughout the 6 term long program. Students will refine performance skills in acting, singing, dancing, screen acting, audition techniques, voice-over and learn the business side of the profession.
