Crandall’s Bachelor of Organizational Management (BOrgM) is designed to provide you flexibility, convenience, and relevance. The uniqueness of this degree completion program will help you progress through your career while living your already busy life. This 90-credit hour degree will enhance your written and verbal communications, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities while expanding your understanding of research techniques and applications

Flexible - Our unique model allows you to complete your degree in just 24 months (depending on incoming transfer credits). Courses are offered one at a time, for a duration of 5-7 weeks. Students are eligible to transfer in up to 30-credit hours from a previous program (university, community college, or private college).
Convenient - Classes are held one night per week at the Crandall University campus by our team of highly qualified professors. Students take one course at a time. Our faculty work closely with our students, understanding the needs of the working professional.

Biology explores the world of living organisms. Findings in this field are crucial to advancements in agriculture, medicine, biotechnology and ecology. • Classes are small, so you receive lots of hands-on help from professors,  which is an enormous advantage in scientific exploration.
• Take courses that help you gain more than the skills of a biologist. A degree in Biology from Crandall will help you develop as a human being.
• Biology classes are “high contact.” In labs and class discussions, you will interact heavily with other students and your professors.
• Conduct experiments in the University’s “outdoor lab” located within the nearby scrub forest where a natural stream runs along the edge of the Crandall  campus. Some of the research we undertake through the program would be considered “graduate level” at other universities.
• Take field trips to such places as the Bay of Fundy and nearby wildlife preserves to band birds and study in the field.
• Biology students have the opportunity to participate in the CUBS Biology Society on campus.

Are you interested in exploring the why behind people’s actions?  Are you intrigued by the workings of the human mind?  If so, the study of Psychology may be an ideal major for you.
When you study for a degree in Psychology at Crandall, you join in our quest for knowledge about individual development and behavior in a social context.  You will learn to evaluate research and grow in your understanding of psychological theories.  Through your coursework, you will think critically and gain insights into yourself as well as others.

What to expect when you graduate
A degree in psychology from Crandall University prepares you to work in certain public service situations such as youth group home worker, and similar entry-level positions. Other positions, like clinical psychologist or counsellor, require further professional or graduate studies. Past Crandall psychology graduates have been accepted into programs like the Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology program at the Université de Moncton, Law at UNB, and Master of Science in Occupational Therapy at University of Western Ontario

The Master of Organizational Management (MOrgM) offered by Crandall University is a people-focused program that prepares passionate professionals for leadership and management roles within their organizations. This differs from a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in that it will focus more on working with and through people than on the technical aspects of business administration. 

The Master of Organizational Management is intended for passionate, dedicated, team-oriented working professionals looking to maximize their potential in managing people and leading organizations. Crandall’s English program also offers unique upper-level courses that explore the ways in which a Christian worldview informs and enriches the work of best-selling authors such as C.S. This two-year, 36 credit-hour program is open to students from a variety of educational backgrounds; apply with a bachelor’s degree from nearly any discipline! Build on the knowledge and expertise you developed in your undergraduate studies and develop the management skills necessary to succeed.
