The Human Service Practitioner program prepares learners for a career in the field of human services.  Graduates will work alongside individuals, their families and their communities, playing an active role in assisting them to meet their needs and increase participation in society. The program focuses on assisting vulnerable individuals with complex needs who are experiencing challenges in daily life.
Learners will acquire knowledge and skills in strength-based individualized and group programming, communication, human development, exceptionalities, counselling strategies, ethical conduct, crisis response and behavioural change. The Civil Engineering Technology program is designed to train students in the design of highway, transportation, and municipal systems. The first year of training covers engineering technology basics such as engineering science, materials technology, surveying, and drafting. Many courses are common with other technology programs and may be used for credit transfer. In the second year, students focus on subjects that relate to highway and municipal systems, including highway engineering, water, and sanitary systems, fluid mechanics, and environmental planning.

Students will learn and apply the knowledge and skills throughout the program in a real, practical, and simulated environment through lectures, extensive hands-on activities, and individual or team projects.

July 1, 2014 marked a dramatic change in the practice of pharmacy in New Brunswick.
