When you have completed the Personal and Developmental Support Services program at Sault College, you will be able to work with clients across the lifespan in settings such as long term care facilities, hospitals, private agencies, retirement homes, home care settings, boards of education (special needs children), palliative care settings, senior citizen recreation centres, respite settings, and group homes. This program will provide you with a lifelong and rewarding career. Some students choose to use it as a foundation to further their learning.

The Natural Resources/Environmental Law – Inspection and Enforcement program blends experiential learning and theory to prepare you for a successful career in conservation and environmental law enforcement.

Learn about fish and wildlife conservation enforcement along with investigation and conflict management techniques you can bring into the field. Study environmental law and how it relates to conservation. And gain real-world experience through off-campus field study.

Use of our state-of-the-art simulation training lab - Learn through over 800 realistic, on-the-job scenarios that you can interact with using voice recognition and use of force tools.

The focus of the Business - Accounting program is to prepare you for the important role of a successful and in-demand operational management accountant. The Sault College Accounting program is part of the well-established School of Business and provides in-depth application of traditional and computerized accounting concepts that are continually called upon in any industry or organization. Well-respected faculty with both accounting designations and years of experience in the accounting profession, deliver engaging lectures that have been highly rated by students and graduates of the program, sharing the knowledge you need to learn in ways that make sense to you. The Sault College Construction Project Management program is designed for the recent graduate, or working industry professional to provide career growth opportunities in Construction and Project Management. The Electrical Engineering Technician – Process Automation program provides practical knowledge of electricity and electronics. As a graduate of the technician program, you will be able to install, test, modify, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems. Find the real you in our popular Hairstyling program and discover the secrets to mastering your favourite looks or bring a new vision to life. This one-year program is regulated by the Ministry of Training, College and Universities Standard to comply with 1500 in-school training hours. Gain essential career skills in our on-site salon using professional tools and products to specialize in haircutting, barbering techniques, styling, self-promotion, retail, salon management, chemical texture services, hair colouring services, extensions and wigs.

Creativity, style and trendsetting? Yeah, we have that in common! To keep up to date on the latest trends and styling techniques, we will introduce you to guest educators, speakers and platform artists.

The skills learned in our Hairstyling program extend beyond the chair. This one-year program prepares you for a career as a stylist, product developer, hair colour technician, salon manager, editorial stylist, salon owner and platform artist.

This is a co-operative education program. Students are required to complete at least one co-op work placement (CWR100) in order to graduate.
Sault College`s Culinary Management program teaches you everything you need to know to develop a career as a Chef. Food demonstrations, lab work and lectures provide a dynamic learning environment. You will learn about contemporary and classical techniques, menu planning and food and beverage management. Opportunity for experiential learning takes place during the paid summer CO-OP placement, which enables you to hone your skills. Upon successful completion of your studies you will have the necessary tools to work within various sectors of the food-service industry.

Co-operative Education (Co-op)
Co-operative Education (Co-op) provides opportunities for you to learn beyond your classroom as you integrate relevant work
experiences into your academic studies. Co-op also lets you further develop life and employment skills while earning money.
You can also get a better idea of the career options available to you and build your network of contacts for future employment. Many employers prefer hiring co-op grads because of the applied learning they receive. We will prepare you for your summer work term and employment upon graduation.

This graduate certificate program is geared to experienced internationally educated nurses holding a bachelor's degree in nursing. The program will support you in acquiring essential nursing knowledge and skills required to practice within the Canadian healthcare system, with a focus on caring for seniors throughout the continuum of care. You will learn from experienced nursing faculty in active learning environments.
