Plus, with the co-op portion of the program, you're gaining real-world experience and contacts while earning your certificate.

We've scheduled our classes as efficiently as possible, keeping in mind that many of our Advanced Manufacturing Management students are already working professionals. Hands-on experience
In the second semester you'll solve a real industry problem, and have the responsibility to diagnose the problem, gather information, analyze it and recommend solutions to the managers and personnel of the organization. You'll also have the chance to apply for a four-month co-op work term at the end of your academic work (see Co-op Option for details). The combination of classroom work and on-the-job training will allow you to explore different careers, gain work experience and apply classroom learning to real industry situations.

Bring the worlds of electrical engineering and mechanical engineering together. After studying general mechanical engineering concepts in your first year, you'll focus on programmable logic controllers and robotics in your final two semesters. When you graduate, you'll be qualified to help design, install, maintain, operate, supervise and service complex electromechanical systems.

Get hands-on experience
Sheridan's approach to engineering education blends theoretical studies with hands-on learning opportunities. You'll work directly with automated systems and cutting-edge mechatronic applications in our laboratories. Learn the general principles and applications that modern accountants rely on. Expert professors will guide you through foundational concepts in a small classroom environment, supporting their lectures with hands-on learning opportunities.
