Sheridan's facilities include a new, state-of-the-art Athletic Therapy Clinic with aquatic rehab, dedicated lab space with brand new equipment and new training facilities. All educators are Certified Athletic Therapists with advanced degrees in the areas of rehabilitation sciences, biomechanics and physiology, as well as extensive experience working in the field.

Hands-on experience
The Social Service Worker program maintains connections with hundreds of organizations – including community-based organizations, group homes, children's aid organizations and youth centres – that welcome our students for their Year 2 practicum placements. You'll complete more than 600 hours of field placement in a social service setting, reinforcing the practical skills you've learned in class.

Sheridan's Electrical Engineering Technician program offers you the opportunity to gain proficiency in advanced electrical and communication principles. You'll graduate from this two-year program with extensive hands-on experience and a broad skill set applicable to a wide range of industry contexts.

In addition to basic math and science, you’ll study advanced subjects such as calculus, machine kinematics, fluid power, process controls and industrial practices. Co-op
Students in this program may apply to the co-op program during their first academic semester. Enrolment in the co-op program is limited through an additional co-op application process that takes place in the first semester. Students in the co-op program are eligible to complete a co-op work term during the 4-month term following the second semester. Co-operative Education is a form of work-integrated learning that links classroom learning with paid or unpaid work experiences within a professional environment. Co-op work terms are related specifically to the academic studies of each student. The work terms provide an opportunity to learn by doing. Critical training
This program is accredited by the Canadian Council for Accreditation of Pharmacy Programs. You'll learn in state-of-the-art facilities designed to replicate the drug distribution systems used in today's pharmacy settings, and will receive the specialized training you need to work as a pharmacy technician in a community, hospital or other pharmacy practice site.
