Business Analysis and Process Management

Things you'll do and learn

• Develop business processes to achieve organizational goals.
• Integrate appropriate technologies for analysis and development of business processes.
• Create sound business arguments, using financial and cost analysis to justify any process change.
• Use SAP enterprise resource planning software (Sheridan is a member of the SAP University Alliances program).

Innovative learning

• Industry Project: As part of a small consulting team, you'll tackle a real business problem with a client company.

Additional information
The program gives you a comprehensive foundation in project management and organizational management that applies to not-for-profit, for-profit and government organizations of all sizes. The activities, cases and projects are focused on small–medium sized projects, and are uniquely non-technical in their objectives and learning outcomes.

You have the option to work for one work term at the end of the program’s eight-month academic portion to gain further valuable real-world experience that is highly regarded by employers. Following eight months of classroom instruction, eligible students will have the opportunity to participate in a four-month cooperative education placement. Note that this is a competitive process and only qualified students are accepted. Advertising – Account Management
In this one-year graduate certificate program, you’ll learn to plan, develop and create complete digital and traditional advertising campaigns. You’ll graduate with confidence, ready to contribute your skills to a professional advertising agency.

Our 2-year advertising and marketing diploma is designed to teach you everything you need to find communications jobs in Canada. You’ll get foundational knowledge of the advertising business as you learn media development, creative management and account management. You’ll also learn how to develop campaign proposals and determine budgets, getting creative in every aspect of your coursework.
