Additional information
The program gives you a comprehensive foundation in project management and organizational management that applies to not-for-profit, for-profit and government organizations of all sizes. The activities, cases and projects are focused on small–medium sized projects, and are uniquely non-technical in their objectives and learning outcomes.

Under the direction of professors who are both outstanding educators and well-experienced in the project management field, you'll learn through:

Cooperative Education
You have the option to work for one work term at the end of the program’s eight-month academic portion to gain further valuable real-world experience that is highly regarded by employers. This paid co-op/unpaid internship experience allows you to explore different career paths and apply classroom learning to additional actual business situations.

This program gives you a clear pathway to becoming a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). Once you’ve successfully completed this program, you can apply to CPA’s Professional Education Program (PEP) — the final step before you write your Common Final Exam (CFE). Even if you don’t have an accounting background, you’ll soon be on your way to becoming a CPA.

The role of the HR manager has grown steadily in importance. Today's HR management professionals contribute on a strategic level, dealing with talent acquisition, total rewards management, training and employee development, employment law, health and safety, labour relations, change management and HR metrics. At Sheridan, you'll learn to navigate the complexities of this role.

Co-op experience
You'll take part in one term (three to four months) of co-op placement, which may be paid or unpaid. This opportunity for real-world experience in an HR environment can be an invaluable asset to your career.

International Business Management

Advertising – Account Management
In this graduate certificate program, you’ll learn to plan, develop and create complete digital and traditional advertising campaigns. You’ll graduate with confidence, ready to contribute your skills to a professional advertising agency.

Co-op option: Get advertising work experience
Co-op experience can make all the difference. As an advertising student at Sheridan, you can apply for a four-month co-op work term. Marketing isn’t just about promotions and ads. Learn how to build a marketing plan through market research, marketing strategy and working in tandem with all areas of a business. Sheridan’s marketing instructors bring passion and industry experience into the classroom while ensuring curriculum is constantly updated to meet current industry demands.

Specialize or diversify your marketing knowledge
In the first two years of your studies, you’ll build a solid foundation in general business fundamentals. Beginning in Year 3, you can choose from a range of electives, allowing you to specialize in one area of marketing or branch out across various fields. You’ll also put your new skills to work during a mandatory internship and optional co-op.

Our small classes and experiential learning approach promote the development of these skills through constant interaction with your professors and peers.

Internship & Co-op
The Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) programs all include a one-semester internship where students will fulfill many of the program learning outcomes and become prepared for future employment. After the completion of a minimum of 60 credits, students may also apply to participate in the BBA Co-op program, which allows students to complete three additional work terms to a total of four work terms. Enrolment in the Co-op program is limited through an additional Co-op application process.

Co-op/Internship allows students to take ownership and responsibility for their own growth and development through practice in real-life employment environments. Our work terms are scenarios where students can apply their critical, creative, and reflective thinking in a way that maximizes their workplace experiences and preparedness for full-time employment after graduation.

Sheridan's BBA Co-op program has built-in flexibility for students to select their path and schedule for Co-op work terms, may lead to paid employment during the work term, and further supports students to develop their entrepreneurial thinking skills and capacity for responsible risk-taking in a complex workplace environment.

Students receive in-class and 1-on-1 career education support to help prepare for their Internship or Co-op work terms. The Co-op/Internship component is delivered by Sheridan's Co-operative Education Office, which facilitates over 1,800 Co-op/Internship work terms per year Sheridan-wide. The Marketing Management program at Sheridan provides students with the digital marketing expertise that employers are looking for. During this course, students will learn how to:
