Our 2-year advertising and marketing diploma is designed to teach you everything you need to find communications jobs in Canada. You’ll get foundational knowledge of the advertising business as you learn media development, creative management and account management. Complement your Supply Chain Management degree with a unique certificate that demonstrates your ability to think creatively! In addition to your core BBA courses, you’ll have the opportunity to take electives that will enable you to earn a Sheridan Board Undergraduate Certificate in Creativity and Creative Problem Solving. 50% of our June 2019 BBA graduates earned this optional certificate, which is endorsed by the State University of New York.

Co-op
The Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) programs all include a one-semester internship where students will fulfill many of the program learning outcomes and become prepared for future employment. After the completion of a minimum of 60 credits, students may also apply to participate in the BBA Co-op program, which allows students to complete three additional work terms to a total of four work terms. Enrolment in the Co-op program is limited through an additional Co-op application process.

Co-op/Internship allows students to take ownership and responsibility for their own growth and development through practice in real-life employment environments. Our work terms are scenarios where students can apply their critical, creative, and reflective thinking in a way that maximizes their workplace experiences and preparedness for full-time employment after graduation.

Sheridan's BBA Co-op program has built-in flexibility for students to select their path and schedule for Co-op work terms, may lead to paid employment during the work term, and further supports students to develop their entrepreneurial thinking skills and capacity for responsible risk-taking in a complex workplace environment.

Critical training
Using your laptop in our Internet-connected classrooms, you'll complete interactive assignments and learn the skills most in demand by today's employers. The two-year program focuses on the higher-level technical and professional skills required if you wish to work in an executive office.

Build on your foundational architectural education

In your first two years, you’ll learn core architecture skills such as CAD software, building and assembly systems, document preparation and envelope detailing. In your final year, you’ll work with real clients in the community, train with cutting-edge software, prepare project plans and more. You’ll even build a portfolio to help you find work after you graduate.

Get paid work experience with optional co-op placements

As an Architectural Technology student, you can participate in the optional paid co-op. The co-op placement will help you gain real-life experience and make contacts in the architecture and construction industries. Previous student placements have included roles at the City of Mississauga and PCL Construction.

Advertising – Account Management
In this graduate certificate program, you’ll learn to plan, develop and create complete digital and traditional advertising campaigns. You’ll graduate with confidence, ready to contribute your skills to a professional advertising agency.
