Sheridan's Internet Communications Technology program provides an in-depth curriculum on the technologies of the Internet. The longest-standing Internet engineering undergraduate program in Canada, this program will provide you with a great deal of hands-on experience. In the first two years of this degree, you'll get a taste of everything this industry has to offer. Your own film:-
Many students also want to achieve a portfolio film, and this program culminates in an exciting capstone project: create your own short film, television or transmedia project. You'll work in teams, partnering with others in different specializations to pitch, seek funding, write and produce your project. What you'll learn

• Sheridan’s Mobile Computing degree program offers diverse courses in computer science, software engineering, mobile development and wireless networking. You’ll cover fundamental areas of computer science such as operating systems and computer architecture as well as advanced topics like artificial intelligence and theory of computation.You’ll also learn to develop programs in many programming languages like C#, C++, Java, Swift, Python, JavaScript and others using industry-grade frameworks and tools.

You'll undertake a 40-hour practicum during Year 2 of your make-up artist program. This practicum is driven by your areas of interest and can range from working in a photographer's studio or in live theatre to helping with make-up application for television.

Writing music for screen and stage today is about teamwork. In this program, you'll collaborate with your peers in our renowned arts programs and bring projects to life with music. You'll compose music for animation, video games and apps, film, TV and musical theatre. No other music composition program offers access to these arts programs or provides the broad skill set clients and employers want.

Composing music for screen and stage means being able to take on multiple roles. In this program, you'll develop a broad skill set. You'll learn orchestration, recording, mixing and editing. Using the latest technology, you'll compose music for several of Sheridan's arts programs, and create a workplace-ready demo reel that showcases your ability to work in a variety of media.

This program brings music and technology together. Many of our students have either a formal music background or technical experience, but not both. This graduate music certificate builds on your existing skill set, while bridging any gaps in experience you may have. You'll have classes in music composition, as well as the technical aspects of recording, mixing and sound design

Field placements
In Semesters 1 and 2, you'll be placed in a school where you'll support students with special needs in the classroom. Sheridan arranges the field placement experience for you. During your placement experience, you'll encounter students with a range of exceptionalities including physical disabilities, intellectual disabilities, behavioural disorders, visual or hearing impairments and autism.

In this program, you'll also:

• Use assistive technology and other educational resources to implement individualized educational goals.
• Report information related to the learning environment.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment that promotes the well being of the student with special needs.
• Support inclusion of the student to aid his or her social development and sense of belonging.
