Our students explore Jewish and Christian Scriptures, both historically and theologically, in order to gain an understanding of how these texts have profoundly shaped past and present communities of faith.

Led by our close-knit faculty of committed and active scholars in the Department of Religious Studies, our students are encouraged to broaden their understanding of Scripture and to investigate current critical issues within the discipline of Biblical Studies. As our students advance in their studies, they gain a comprehensive understanding of biblical texts.

Leadership and Management Specialization

Realizing this responsibility, our leadership and management specialization provides you with the tools to manage a business successfully. Learn how to problem-solve, resolve conflict, motivate employees, set goals, communicate effectively, and lead ethically.

The demand for business professionals in the athletic world continues to expand as an area of impact on society. For the business-minded student who loves the world of sport and recreation, this stream offers training for those who desire to work in the field of sport management, public relations, marketing, business management, athletic leadership or municipal recreation.

A community internship component gives students the opportunity to experience professional options available upon graduation. Organizations we have worked with in the past include: Athletes In Action, BC Lions, Langley Chiefs, Langley Sportsplex, Langley Twin Rinks, Vancouver Canucks and the Vancouver Giants.

Becoming a student of our Biology program will allow you to engage your curiosity and use your degree to meaningfully contribute to society.

With Trinity Western's liberal arts and sciences education, you can approach Computing Science with a larger appreciation for other disciplines and their relation to your field of study. TWU’s Laurentian Leadership Centre in Ottawa gives you an opportunity to study Canada’s history while also completing an internship that enables you to apply your historical skills in a government or industry setting.

Our smaller class sizes allow for integrated discussion among students and nurtures long standing relationships between classmates and teachers.

TWU¹s School of Human Kinetics is a certified training centre by the NSCA (The National Strength and Conditioning Association) and our faculty serve noted positions with the managing council of the Canadian Sports Psychology Association as well as the Board Canadian Sport Institute.
