Through systematic observation and research in our Psychology program, you will gain an understanding of human experience. As a student, you will explore all aspects of human behaviour and the thoughts, feelings, and motivations that underlie that behaviour, helping you to better understand people and how you can positively influence them.

Using a Christian worldview as the basis of interpretation, faculty members encourage you to investigate principles derived from research that apply to areas such as work, love, leisure, family, sexuality, value and meaning, spirituality, and relationships. And because financial expertise is essential and often hard to come by, salary ranges typically start higher than other careers in business..

Our Computing Science program prepares you to be a technological leader with a global perspective.
Our graduates are creative problem solvers, lifelong learners, and highly adaptable leaders in our rapidly changing world. In addition to studying fundamental computing science topics, our students choose from a variety of elective courses, including:

We encourage our students to engage in undergraduate research with their computing science professors. These research projects often result in students presenting their work at international conferences. Past students have coauthored papers with their professors and published their findings in peer-reviewed journals, providing them with valuable experience and identifiable skills.

Through our program, our students gain expertise in their area, as well as character development, as they learn to navigate between technology and society from a distinctly Christian worldview. Graduates from our computing science program stand out as confident professionals and choose from a variety of career paths, such as: software developer, systems manager, support specialist, trainer, software engineer, technical writer, software tester or supporter, and entrepreneur.

The International Business specialization equips students in the art of business leadership from a global perspective. An MBA with an international focus gives students the expertise and confidence to take their business career goals to a global level.

Students will be introduced to a range of business courses such as marketing, finance, accounting, human resources, economics, and operations. These fundamental business courses accompany student specialized international courses that provide students with an overall understanding of any professional business workforce.

A geography degree offers students the opportunity to tackle complex human and environmental problems with a skill set that emphasizes a combination of knowledge-building, critical thinking, informed problem solving, interdisciplinary learning, geospatial technologies and analysis, and hands-on solutions to positively impact people’s quality of life and their environments.

Geographers work in a wide array of fields including community development and missions, urban and regional planning, population and statistical analysis, geographic information systems, computerized mapping and remote sensing, business, retail analysis and market research, environmental assessment and resource conservation, geophysical analysis, and natural science research. Graduates with geography degrees are in high demand. Significant employment opportunities exist within government, teaching, business, private sector consulting, and in non-governmental/non-profit organization. The reasons for this wide range of opportunities and the demand for trained geographers in the workplace are the unique spatial perspective, interdisciplinary skills, holistic approach, geospatial technologies, statistical analysis and other skills the geography graduate offers.

You will learn about historic thinkers and influential writings that have shaped the world, while creatively engaging in solving some of the most significant problems facing contemporary culture. You will develop the skills to understand and evaluate ideas. Through our philosophy courses, you will refine your perspectives on the importance of ethics, how humans think, and the need to think consistently and clearly. A Philosophy degree prepares you for many career opportunities including law, business, and government.
