The Geophysics program uses principles from Physics to understand the structure and dynamics of the Earth below its surface. Geophysical surveys can be used to locate energy sources, mineral and petroleum deposits, artifacts, and more. Your part-time work permit will be valid for as long as you have a valid study permit.

This combined program, offered jointly with the Faculty of Education, allows you to earn two degrees in five years, preparing you to become a teacher for Grades K-6 while providing you with additional expertise. The first three years of this program are taken in the Faculty of Native Studies, and the last two years are taken in the Faculty of Education; while completing the Elementary Education route, you can choose to minor in Native Education, Social Studies, or Cree.
