Drama is available as a concentration within the English major. The requirements for this program are that a student complete the normal English Major requirements in terms of both historical coverage and course restrictions as explained under Major in English, along with courses from relevant drama areas. Drama is also available as a minor within the Bachelor of Arts degree.

Bachelor of Arts
Arts is a four year degree that covers a broad range of subject areas concerned with the study of human beings and the evolution and nature of global societies, ideas, and institutions.

In your first two years of Arts, you will select courses in fields like humanities, languages, social sciences as well as science and business to provide you with a broad foundation for advanced study in your chosen subject area during the final two years.

The Bachelor of Science in Environment and Natural Resources inspires students to solve natural and environmental problems from a holistic, systems perspective. Gender and Women's Studies gives students an opportunity to explore gender issues in an interdisciplinary context, and it offers a useful complement to other fields. The required courses provide a framework for understanding the gender-based aspects of knowledge, power, and society.

Gender and Women's Studies represents a new approach to knowledge; it examines the gender-based aspects of human experience and women's roles in society. Gender and Women's Studies includes a wide variety of academic disciplines and professions.

Bachelor of Arts
The Gender and Women's Studies program is available as a major, double major or honours option as part of a four-year Bachelor of Arts degree. Courses in the Faculty of Arts cover a broad range of subject areas concerned with the study of human beings and the evolution and nature of global societies, ideas, and institutions. The Film Studies Minor offers students from all faculties the opportunity to study film (and video) from a variety of perspectives, including theory, history, and analysis, as well as a range of topics around national cinemas and genres, among others. In addition, students have the opportunity to study film from creative and practical perspectives in production and other practice-driven courses as well as creative writing for the screen. The Faculty of Engineering offers a program leading to a Diploma in Technology Management and Entrepreneurship, administered by the Dr. J. Herbert Smith/ACOA Chair. The mission of the program is to provide undergraduate and continuing education students opportunities to experience the realities of entrepreneurship and management in technology-based businesses and to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to be successful in business. The Diploma program consists of three core courses and two electives, totalling 15 credit hours. In selecting courses, students will be advised to develop a curriculum that builds skills in three key areas: business management, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy.

Up to twelve credit hours of required courses for the TME diploma can be shared as credit towards a degree. Each department shall determine its own maximum allowable concurrent credit hours, which may be less than, but no greater than twelve credit hours. Students who intend to complete the diploma must obtain both department and TME program approval of the courses which will be applied towards the degree and the diploma.

Applicants are encouraged to apply to the program as early as their first year of study and begin by taking elective courses. A minimum of 80 credit hours completed, or permission of the TME program Chair, is required to enroll in TME core courses.  Applicants who are not full-time students may still apply for the TME Diploma (or enroll in one or more TME courses). Marketing is about attracting customers. It’s about identifying a unique product, branding it, and then communicating it in a way that makes customers want it.

Through UNB’s Marketing program, you’ll learn how to identify, brand, and communicate products and services to customers. You’ll explore key areas of marketing, such as public relations, advertising, promotions, product development, pricing, and distribution. Marketing courses focus heavily on entrepreneurship and real-world marketing applications so that you’ll gain real-world experience and perspectives. In fact, many of your marketing courses allow you to apply your learning with real businesses and start-ups by planning their marketing activities and social media marketing plans.
