Master of Arts in Creative Writing and English (Thesis-Based)
The purpose of this MA program is to give graduate students in English the opportunity to complete an MA that has a creative writing emphasis and requires the submission of an extended creative work. At the same time, it will be a degree that requires a substantial amount of work within the field of English, which we also see a valuable part of the education of creative writers. It is hoped that the degree will be the foundation for careers in creative writing and editing. It is aimed at students who have aspirations in this field but have not had the rather more extensive professional experience involved with gaining admission to an M.F.A. degree.

Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology
Picture yourself working as an anthropologist, immersing yourself in a different group or society’s daily activities and learning about its way of life—be it in a far-off island or a city like your own. It is a journey that can start right here!
The study of anthropology gives you a deep, useful, cross-cultural understanding of human beings. You will gain powerful and sometimes surprising insights into insights into the way we humans across the globe organize and understand our lives. What are “different cultures”? How can we learn to understand power relations in various societies? We approach such questions by looking at patterns and changes and comparing them. This leads us to think about the ways we position ourselves in the world and our environments.
