Begin your journey to an exciting career in mechanical engineering by developing a solid foundation in machine design, CAD, and thermofluids with applications in automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, and materials engineering. Available specializations include automotive, aerospace, environmental, and materials. Our facilities include a dedicated project courtyard where students develop their hands on capabilities. The faculty promotes connections with industry through projects, courses, and workplace co-op opportunities.

The Aeronautics Leadership Program at the University of Windsor was developed in response to the growing demand for pilots and leaders in aviation and aerospace.  Working in partnership with industry, we have gathered together a team of highly qualified people who draw upon their knowledge and years of experience to deliver an academic program that offers excellence in the classroom and in the field. Our program also offers unique professional networking and employment opportunities for our graduates.

Study the fundamentals of life in this flexible program that lets you blaze your own trail. Specialize in microbiology, cellular development, environmental and evolutionary biology, population and ecosystem ecology, or any combination of these areas. You’ll learn research techniques in our new labs and out in the field that will prepare you for a wide range of career paths, ranging from interests at the molecular level, to whole organism (including humans) and/or the more complex community and ecosystem levels.

We bring ancient history to life in a program that would make Indiana Jones jealous. Travel to Greece to take part in an archeological dig, visit famous landmarks and experience history first-hand. You'll learn about every aspect of Greco-Roman antiquity - language, literature, art, architecture, philosophy, politics, science, medicine, myth and religion - in a close-knit department with professors who care about your success.

Consider this — all our grads in this program have found a job in their chosen field within two years of graduation. We are tied for first in graduate employment rate. You’ll have a strong foundation in the application of computer technology in industry and commerce. You’ll gain insight into the latest technologies from our dedicated professors.

Political Science
Get behind the headlines and learn how political power really works. Our political science program introduces you to political, economic, social, and environmental issues in Canada and around the world. We offer a great mentorship program, opportunities to do research with faculty, and the ability to complete an internship in fourth year. Our active and engaged department is home to the Political Science Society, the Model UN Club, and arranges an annual trip to Europe through the EU Study Abroad course.

Communication, Media, and Film
Get the best of both worlds with this “hybrid” program that offers a combination of theory and production courses. You’ll be able to pursue what interests you – theory courses in media studies, hands-on courses in film production, as well as courses on social media, PR, and advertising

The only one of its kind in Ontario, MBA-Professional Accounting Specialization, accredited by Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario), prepares its graduates to succeed as accountants and business professionals in a multitude of careers.

From public accounting to industry or the government and not for profit, MBA-PAS is designed to develop technical knowledge, interpersonal and communication skills as well as critical thinking and professional decision-making ability, all required to excel in complex work environments.

Students can complete the program within 12 months. Students graduating from the program will hold an MBA degree and be ready to write CPA Ontario’s Common Final Exam (CFE). Fully accredited by CPA Canada, MBA-PAS students who have successfully completed the program will be able to write the CFE without having to go through any further preparation.

MBA-PAS provides domestic and international students, holding business or non-business undergraduate degrees*, with the ability to pursue a career in accounting, creating a classroom environment where synergies from diverse backgrounds contribute to the education of a well-rounded Chartered Professional Accountant.

Develop the hard skills you’ll need for creating, designing and maintaining software in this specialized program. You’ll learn to apply the technologies and practices from computer science, project management, engineering, application domains, interface design, digital asset management and other fields to software engineering. You will learn how the universe works—from the fundamental forces of nature to their effects on matter and the environment around us. We offer lots of opportunities for hands-on learning, and the ability to customize your degree to your interests through optional courses or by combining your physics degree with another discipline.
