The Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, ACED, Alliance University is offering a new UG program of B. Tech. – Energy Engineering keeping with the recent trends leading to advancements in the domain of sustainability, smart grids, microgrids, electric vehicles and other renewable energy technologies. The course shall provide a solid background and knowledge in the power industry, green and clean energy technologies, and the upcoming electric vehicle technology.

Aerospace engineers, who specialize in areas such as structural design, propulsion, navigation and control, instrumentation, and propulsion communication—develop new technologies used in aviation, space exploration and defense systems. The B. The course offers a wide spectrum of elective subjects that cover the application of sophisticated and cutting-edge technologies for device design such as satellite transponder technology and signal processing chip technology. In addition to common core subjects offered in the course, other elective subjects aim to sharpen technical expertise in graduates on the recent advances and innovations in electronics and communication such as Sensor Networks; Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM); Wavelet Transformations; Digital Signal Processing (DSP); Data and Image Compressions; and Satellite Communication.
