While a legal instrument is a mechanism to express the socio-economic and political will of the State, it is equally undeniable that the effectiveness of the legal system has a definite impact on the society. Hence a successful attorney should have a sound knowledge of the social sciences in order to appreciate how to use law as an instrument of social change. The B.A. LL. B.
